The house is located only 20m from the sea. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.

The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio with access to the upper terrace. The 2 houses are offered as a single unit. House Ficula A has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen. House Ficula B has 2 double bedrooms, one full bathroom a living room and a kitchen. The kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows. A laundry room with washing machine accessible from the internal patio is shared by the 2 houses.

Up to 6 people, only Ficula Vell A is proposed and Ficula Vell B remains vacant in order to preserve the intimacy of guests.
