A delightful new property in a safe, quiet residential area. it is just 1.6 km from Melton Train Station and takes about 40 minutes to reach the CBD. All amenities are very close, such as the bus stop 250 meters away and Woodgrove Shopping Centre is just a 5-minute drive.
This is a 4-bedroom 2-bath family house with a decent size backyard. You will have most of the required amenities to feel like staying home.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe, dedicated working space, and ensuite. The other bedrooms have built-in robes and beds. All bedrooms have split system air conditioners, hangers, pillows, bed sheets, quilts with quilt covers, bedside table, electric power point next to the bed, chairs, soft rug next to the bed, etc.
You will use the entire kitchen, you will have the necessary spices so that you can cook your food if you want. Appliances, frypans, plates, bowls, glasses, and cutleries will be there for your convenience.
The living room has air conditioning, TV, a soft rug, one three seater sofa, one two seater sofa, and a one seater sofa.
There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite with the master bedroom and one is separate. Also, you will be provided with all other essential amenities such as a Bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cleaning product, toilet rolls, hot water, hair dryer, etc.
Our house is child-friendly. Books and toys are there for children's entertainment. For children under two years, a bassinet will be provided upon request.
