Newly renovated, this very large apartment is located on the Northbank of the Yarra River, opposite the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, Southbank and Melbourne Exhibition Convention Centre your apartment gives direct access to all that the Melbourne CBD has to offer.

You'll have access to the entire property. The only exception being if it's locked, it's locked for a reason. Standard checkin is till 7pm. Late arrival can be arrange for a fee of $50.

No parties. Maximum occupancy is 4 Quite time is from 9pm to 8am

The easiest way to get around is on the free trams. The nearest tram stop is located a few metres from the entry to the building.

Loved it. When I arrived they were out of laundry detergent which was a tiny inconvenience and the pillows were far too soft for me, but otherwise the place was perfect for my needs. Super easy location, giant TV and a nice place.
