KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, electric water kettle, blender, pots/pans, dishes, cups, utensils, microwave, dishware/flatware, toaster oven, rice cooker, regular drip coffee, French press, Nespresso machine (bring your own original pods) and milk frother, spices and other cooking essentials.

GENERAL: Wi-Fi, central AC/heating via Nest Thermostat, linens/towels (extra can be found in linen closet by kitchen), high-capacity washer/dryer, iron/board, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags, 1 roll paper towels in kitchen, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, contactless check-in. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries (bring your own soap, shampoo etc.), and food.

GUEST ACCESS/SAFETY: The front door is equipped with a smart lock. A day prior to check-in you will receive a custom code, so no need for keys. Guests have access to the entire house except for a couple owner's closets and utility closets.

For your safety, this property features 3 exterior security cameras (one pointing on driveway, one in garage, one on the backdoor entrance) and a video doorbell on the main front door.

PARKING: Garage and driveway (4-5 vehicles total); no street parking allowed. If needed you can use the overflow lot by Hopkins Park, first left after passing thru the community security building. (https://goo.gl/maps/pnvR8oswyozT8kGL9).
Garage can only be opened/closed from inside the garage (no remote opener or code provided), so please enter through the front door then open the garage from within and do the reverse for closing the garage on your way out. Please note that the driveway is on a decline and it can be difficult to see at night, so please drive carefully and use your emergency brake!

Small dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis, please message us to inquire. No cats due to owner allergies.

Since you are in the mountains, you will see occasional spiders, a ladybugs, or other insects in the house! Don't be afraid - use the fly swatter or escort the bugs outside! You may also see deer, squirrels, and other critters! Enjoy nature!

Winter weather may bring snow. Please note that we do not accept any liabilities that are out of the host’s control such as being snowed in/out, road closures, loss of power, or other issues. We recommend that all guests get their own trip insurance if you are concerned about these possibilities.
