We had a wonderful stay at the Aduminoyu Onyado in Matsumoto. It felt very homey and comfortable. The fact you don’t wear shoes in the hotel and can wear your supplied loungewear anywhere probably had a lot to do with that. Despite that relaxed vibe, t still maintains an upmarket feel over its sister brand Dormy Inn yet shares a lot of the same perks like the free late evening ramen. The hotel felt brand new and was spotless throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly nice quality and variety so we’d definitely recommend taking that option The rooftop onsen was also above expectation with a nice outdoor area. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

I love everything, their breakfast buffet is excellent, the room is clean and the onsen is relaxing. Just a bit disappointed because the water in the onsen is not 源泉掛け流し^_^

Absolutely love this hotel. The tatami mats are comfortable and clean to walk on barefoot , the onsen hours are so accessible, the drinks they provide daily , everything was amazing !

Wow this hotel was our favourite in Japan (and also the best value for money). The staff are so helpful, the onsen is fabulous and the free food is a plus. We had such a great experience there that we wanted to extend. Highly recommended

Matsumoto is wonderful and the hotel was easily accessible near the train station. The fun of the city is a short walk away and the hotel had everything we could want.

My new favourite hotel in Matsumoto. Beautiful Japanese style rooms, gorgeous public baths which are tattoo friendly (if covered by plaster given out at reception), beautiful decor, free ice creams, yokult, close to station, would stay here again!

A beautiful Japanese style hotel. Great location a few minutes from the bus and train station and about 20 minutes from the castle. Lovely rooms, beautifully clean with everything you need as regards toiletries.No shoes allowed, free soft drinks after 3pm, free noodles after 9.30pm. Great natural spring spa. An absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend.

They let the intern do the whole checkin process and this intern insisted us to show our IDs several times while it turned out she was looking at the wrong date. It took such a long time to check in when we were tired after a long day and with some heavy luggage with us.

The coffee, probiotic drink and soba supper were nice touches to make us feel welcome. The room and onsen were also very nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay, and will come again.

子供の宿泊遠征があり、近くの宿を探していてここに辿り着きました。子供と2人ダブルベッドルームでしたが、一泊だったのでゆっくり過ごせました。小さな冷蔵庫がありましたが、冷凍機能はなし。アメニティとコーヒーがありましたがそれで十分だと思います。お風呂は思っていたより狭かったけど、混んでいなかったのでそこまで気になりませんでした。洗濯機も無料で使えるし、すごく助かりました！ トイレの便座が汚れていたのが残念なところだったので⭐︎マイナス1にしています。

暑いからか裸足でいる人が多く、靴を脱いであがりそのまま歩いているせいか、部屋も廊下もエレベーターの中も湿気混じりの少し変な匂いがしました。そこが星マイナス1です。温泉の泉質はとても良いです。立地もよく、綺麗でした。

こちらの宿は初めて利用しましたが、とても素晴らしいと思いました。 まず部屋が明るくて清潔、ウェルカムドリンクや夜鳴きそばなど数々のサービスが楽しいですし癒されます。 一つリクエストするなら、洗面所にも小さなゴミ箱があれば便利です。 松本を訪問する際はまたリピートさせていただきますし、知人にも紹介したいと思います。

新しくきれいな旅館です。 ダブルの部屋は広さもあります。 大浴場ではシャンプーバーがあり、上質なシャンプーが使えます。 ソフトドリンクは一階でいつでも飲めます。 スタッフはみなさん感じが良いです。
