Naturescape is ideally located on the outskirts of the township of Margaret River surrounded by a cathedral of Karri trees and natural bush. It is a secluded and private sanctuary, spread across 2 and a half acres that is home to many species of birds and wildlife. The relaxed Provence style gardens are spectacular in Spring when the olive grove, native gum trees, lavendar and rosemary bring the garden to life. The gardens appearance transforms as the seasons change. The original farm house is open plan and comfortable, but not modern, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a large library/music/reading room, potbelly fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven and decent sized fridge. There is no wifi. Outside are couches on the verandah for sitting and watching the wildlife and an undercover area with a BBQ for alfresco dining. The tree lined avenue is perfect for morning walks or venture further into town and take the path to cafes and shops which is about 20 minutes on foot. Please note that during the weekdays construction is occurring about 80m from the house. No school leavers bookings please.
