The pool was lovely, kids loved the slide. The cabin was very clean and had all the utensils u need for cooking.

The staff were very helpful; the facilities were clean and the location was just what we wanted. The only negative issue was minor; a missing corner seal on the fridge freezer which lead to the freezer icing up. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The managers were helpful and the location was great. The bed was not as good as I would have liked. The stairs to the balcony urgently require a light because at night it is very dark.

The managers were fabulous, we were running late so they arranged alternative book in procedures for us. The unit itself was spotless and really comfortable, the stand out was the bathroom, it was huge by portable home sizes. We didn't have time to get around much but access to the beach was easy as from the park, everything was neat and tidy. And only a short way away was the bowls club for a fantastic meal. We'll be back

Pictures On Website Were Misleading
Was looking forward to having a weeks holiday with my family in a deluxe cabin, but when we arrived at our destination we were put in a little villa which did not resemble what I booked and paid for in the first place. I complained to management and was put in a standard cabin which did not resemble what was offered in the photos on the website. Needless to say, we enjoyed the beach, pool and jumping pillow which were the highlights of our holiday.

We only stayed overnight but enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the cabin and the kids loved having their own top bunk bed (we had to make the bed through-linen was provided). The kids were happy with the playground (although the jumping pillow wasn't fully inflated) - they begged to go swimming but it was winter so weren't allowed. For anyone not familiar with Manning Point, there isn't many options for dinner - the bowls club was great through and the meals tasty with something to suit everyone.

Thank you for your positive comments. We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately the pillow does start to deflate prior to dark for safety reasons. And yes at this time of year the pool is a bit cold for swimming but it is lovely to look at whilst the children play

Cleaning was non existant bad when u have to wash cooking utensils to use them enough food under the lounge cushions to feed all the cockroaches in town ,aircon could be sold as an antique when u switched it on sounded like a helicopter taking off the best part of the cabin was the verandah!

Nice location and pool.
The park is in a great location with family friendly pool and jumping pillow. However, we were disappointed with our booking as our room did not match the website description. The photos in expedia showed a bathroom with a tub which staff states were not meant to be in the room we booked despite being in the room photos. We were given a room with only 1 set of bunk beds, despite booking one with 2 sets of bunks for our 3 children. Our cabin was then changed to one with twin bunks, after some discussion among the staff... we then found later that it had no hairdryer, ironing board, nor iron... I think if the room advertised fit the photos and amenities specific to the room, it would be a much better stay. I felt that I booked under false impression, which was made worse with the need to change cabin, and then finding the cabin insufficiently stocked as advertised.

Caravan park close to beach and bowling club
Booked cabin not ready for occupation as it had not been clean. Offer of another cabin nearby also found not to have been cleaned. The cabin we eventually got was nice but the main bed had no sheets and also had not been completely ready. The cleaner had finished for the day. On arrival we were told that their computer system required us to use our credit card to pay for the cabin even though we had booked and paid through wot if. We paid by credit card then the next morning I was able to show from the bank details I had downloaded that both payments had been paid therefore they then had to go through a long procedure to give me back my money. Wife got stuck in the bathroom as the sliding door was not engaged in its slot and would not open. The cleaner should have reported this maintenance matter. Boom gate key did not work Sliding curtain to front door fell off. Little toilet paper

Close to the beach
We chose this hotel due to being close to the beach. 3 min walk and very good price. Also has a great lagoon and park for children. However a bit disappointed with the "deluxe" cabin. Just call it a cabin. A bit old and tired inside but did the job perfectly for the price. Only thing to be careful is that the bunk beds do not have proper safety rails. Ours had a rail but small children will slip through the large gap. A friend in the villa had no safety rail at all. Not recommended for children in the top bunk which isn't good. Otherwise friendly staff and nice location.

Quiet getaway, close to the beach and nice pool
Stayed one night, got a lovely welcome from the receptionist. The park is a bit dated, but has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nice pool, playground (incl jumping pillow) and 3 min walk to the beach.

Wouldn't stay here if you paid me. Absolutely disgusting. Promised air conditioning and wifi. We didn't receive either. Experienced a busted toilet, fluff hanging from the ceiling fan in the main bedroom, mud up the windows, crumbs over the toaster and severe amounts of rust over the oven. Very, very poor.

Manning Point is a beautiful small coastal village which provided a very pleasant stopover on our journey from Lismore to Sydney. The caravan park provided basic accommodation and the neighbouring Bowling Club served a good evening mesl.

We were very happy with our stay here, even got a swim in at the beach which was minutes away. Accomodating managers whom we unfortunately didn't get to meet but was most impressed with their after hours key collection and supplying us with a portacot free of charge. very quiet and clean (bit dusty and dead insects around but clean)

Quiet, relaxed location close to beach and fishing
This caravan park is a gem. It is in such a relaxed location and was very quiet / peaceful even only a few days before Christmas. It has a great pool with a slide and the beach is only a couple of mins walk straight out of the park. Our room was spacious enough for 6 and comfortable.

No fuss, no hassle just grab your key and park your car. Nice pool and kids play area, and about 100m walk to the beach.
