Very bad hotel
All about this hotel is very poor It dirty it's a mes need repairs doing Decorating I'm very surprised that thay aloud to trade it definitely not worth the money under the state it in and I don't know how thay got a 2 Star whith it in such a state Ther is no hotel plan in room to show meeting point should fire alarm go off no fire extinguishers on landings or staircase The night porter not helpful to guests and needs learn customer service

I not even didnt stay in that room. we left strait away. when we arived in reception was broken glass on the floor, whan manager was drunk or on drugs because it was very hard to understand him, and he was looked very strange. than upstairs was very dirty everywhere and broken glass on the floor as well, when was very nad smell, they was paiting or something but that smell was so strong, so we said we not gona stay in this room, he gave another one, but as well was very cold, everywhere dirty, bad smell and was was with baby, so we just left, so I woud like to get my money back!

I wouldn’t stay here for free
The building and carpet smelled very badly. The lights in my room did not work. The bed was like cardboard and so was the blankets provided. The window did not close so it was freezing. The shared bathroom so was so bad I did not use it, I went to a gym and paid for a day pass. Everything that could be disgusting in a hotel, was definitely found in this one.

I was told I could park out the back the day before travelling which changed upon arrival. Place was in a horrendous state. Nothing like the pictures Service and attitude I was met with was that bad i booked a different hotel.

This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room floor was dusty and had only one plug socket which was detached from the wall and you can see the electrical wires which was dangerously unsafe. The room did not have a dustbin, the furnitures were all broken. The TV had no signal so couldn't watch any channels, no towels were provided. Even worse was the toilet and bathroom , the entire floor shared one toilet and bathroom . The taps were faulty, the shower hole was blocked so the shower tray got flooded during shower. The pictures posted of the single room on Expedia is completely false. The receptionist too ages to check me in because the computer was causing problems !

Very Poor and Disgusting
2 nights booking with this hotel. The hotel room was disgusting, the floor feels like sticky and the smell was bad and in a poor condition. The hotel is on the main road so lot of noise at night. If you are not a heavy sleeper, it may be difficult to fall asleep. Besides, one of the bathroom on the high floor without hot water to shower at night. In this case, we request a change room, but the night shift staff was know nothing and can't help anything. You can only sort it out by yourself. Finally, we found another bathroom and got hot water to bath. He promised to ask the duty manager the next morning. When we return to the hotel the next day evening, the room didn't change and we need to stay in a bad smell room for 1 more night. The situation was even worse than "motel".

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The photos are a complete catfish. I checked out straight after I saw my room. Me and my friend starting coughing instantly when we were in the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom light was broken and the mirror was cracked in half. There were what looked like blood stains on the chair. There was also what looked like mould in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The room was absolutely tiny and there was no where to hand clothes. Please don’t stay here it is unsafe and dangerous! Hotels.com have no helped me to get a refund at all and the hotel also refuses to give me a refund.

The previous reviews on here are pretty accurate, the car park was locked so I parked on the street behind the hotel, on check in there was a £10 cash deposit to be paid for the key, returned when you return the key on departure, the hotel is floored with cheap laminate flooring which creates a lot of noise when you walk on it. Bathrooms were pretty disgusting and in poor condition! Taps loose or not working and no locks on the doors! The mattress was most likely new as it was still wrapped in plastic! but the bed base was larger than the mattress so it looked odd, still the mattress was comfortable and had clean sheets on it! The area isn't the best and there were a lot of sirens/police cars passing all night, although I am a heavy sleeper so this didn't bother me, the TV in the room had no aerial connected and also no handset so pretty useless! The Wetherspoons is a short walk away so good for cheap food/breakfast and good beers. Only good thing about the hotel was the free wifi!

Only book if you like to sleep in a dirty room!
AVOID this hotel!!! I wouldn't return even if they were offering a room for free. This hotel is absolutely filthy, smelly & unacceptable. The contents of the kettle don't look to clever either!
