One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life with Four Points by Sheraton. I was so shocked when enter the room . The room is so smelly moldy and dirty . Broken lights and dusty lamp and windows and the bathroom and toilet and sink are filthy with a lot of yellow stains and black molds . A hazard!
Perfect hotel location which connect with Manado town square, Nice Room, and excellent service from all the staff - from FO, Housekeeping, Laundry and the staff @ Breakfast premise.
The Breakfast food & service also exceptional for 4* hotel. I had worse with 5* Hotel Breakfast - both food and the service.
Nice to do little jogging in the morning near the hotel.
Overall very recommended hotel in Manado.
Amazing place to stay and it’s very convenient.
Quarantine in this hotel is perfect if you choose the sea view.

Bad maintenance ruined an otherwise perfect stay
The shower blind is disgusting, should've been replaced at least 2 years ago, it is torn, and has got mold growing on the edges. The sink was clogged, would expect the cleaning service team address this issue to the maintenance department but apparently they never did. TV was crooked, reception was very bad. Otherwise, the view was very nice, bed was comfy.
Pool bar in a nice place to have family party like what we had on our stay..birthday party..
But the entrance from car park level 6 access to the restaurant is quiet messy..
It was our first time in Manado and staying at the Four Points as absolutely a great decision!
Not only the location is excellent (in front line of the ocean, downtown, and connected to a very nice mall with lots of food options) but the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. They really made our stay unforgettable.
The staff is great. The hotel is clean. Centrally located in Manado.

In my opinion this is the first and only nice hotel in Manado. I've stayed at some of the others and the health department would close them if they were located in the USA. Friends told me there is a nice resort to the north you can stay at if this hotel is full.
The Hotel has a new policy of only providing Hot Water at 37 C which means no hot bath or showers anymore.

a reasonable hotel with sea view
It’s nice hotel facing sea but I wasn’t fully impressed compared to other hotels of Marriott group that I have stayed. Check in was smooth however there was no towel in the room. I would not expect this level of poor housekeeping in such a reputed hotel group. Furniture in the room looked outdated and even some drawers were opening itself. Very dangerous particularly bed side drawers. One may end up hitting their leg when waking up in night. Breakfast was fine. Variety of options (mostly local delicacies though) and sea facing so lovely view.

great view from the room. Comfortable room. Great choices of breakfast buffet. They served traditional food as well. Hotel have direct access to the mall, make a plus for the guests. Definitely will back to stay at Four Points again next time.

Located on the ocean with good infinity pool, fitness room and good food. Be sure to take advantage of the gourmet breakfast buffet. Short walk to adjoining mall.
A well placed large city hotel. Shopping centre attached to the hotel. Staff were excellent - attentive, used our names, responsive to our needs and helpful especially in reception and breakfast room. They could not do enough for us and always with a smile 😊.Rooms were of good quality and daily cleaning to a good standard

Great staff and location but the heavy bass of a local nightclub until one o’clock in the morning kept me awake. This was a Wednesday night so assume this would carry on throughout the weekend.
After three weeks on a dive boat this hotel was a little piece of first world sanctuary . Comfortable, clean, nice staff , great breakfast . A long ride from the airport but well worth the journey.
