Stunning view on the port, beautiful to have breakfast with this view. Super clean flat, with amazing welcome package (wine and treats) and perfect location (5 minutes from the first beach and from the bus to other beaches). Property super responsive on check in details etc. Thanks for the stay! Maybe have access to one or 2 parasols in the flat that could be use when going to the beach (in case sun beds are not available) :)

We had a wonderful week staying in this property. The biggest bonus was the location, with a beautiful view of the marina and just a couple of minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. The Alcudia Sea Trips leave the marina just in front of the apartment, which was our favourite day out. The apartment is also within walking distance to the Old Town and the HidroPark. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, air conditioned lounge/ dining area and the best shower! Many thanks!

The locatieontwikkelaar was perfect to explore Alcudia and the rest of Mallorca. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The appartement is spacious and very clean. The floor of the living room and kitchen is damaged (probably) due to water. This makes the appartement look a bit outdated. This is a shame because the rest of the appartement is very well taken care of.

Blick vom Balkon und Lage generell sehr gut. Parkplatz war im Winter auch einfach zu finden auf dem kostenfreien Parkplatz von Port d'Alcudia. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Platz! Ein paar mehr frische Küchentücher wären hygienischer, außerdem wären Strandhandtücher noch super. Mehr Infos zur Müllentsorgung und auch mehr als eine Mülltüte wären gut. So muss man selbst neue Mülltüten kaufen oder wartet den gesamten Aufenthalt um den Müll zu entsorgen.

Je confirme que l’emplacement est idéal, une vue magnifique, l’animation de la promenade en dessous, mais avec le calme à l’arrière, au niveau des chambres. Supermarché et boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble. Nous avons séjourné à la fin du mois d’octobre, nous avons eu suffisamment chaud dans l’appartement. Tous les restaurants et commerces étaient ouverts. Une plage magnifique à à peine 5 minutes de marche. Ideal Property a été disponible lors de nos questions. Des explications claires pour accéder au logement en toute indépendance (même heure tardive). Et surtout, l’appartement était parfaitement propre ainsi que le linge de lit. Si nous devions apporter une critique ce serait concernant les oreillers, le manque de lave vaisselle et le réfrigérateur trop petit.

Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen, es ist ruhig gelegen und man kann fußläufig alles schnell erreichen. Das Apartment war genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Man hat genug Platz und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Schneidebretter, eine weitere größere Schüssel).

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment mit Baby und Kleinkind in Alcúdia verbracht. Ein Babybett und Babystuhl wurden gestellt, ein super Shuttle wurde uns empfohlen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Auf dem Balkon kann man das wunderschöne Hafenpanorama genießen, herrlich zum Frühstücken! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz). Nachts war es mit AC angenehm kühl. Alles wunderbar, vielen Dank!

Wir haben eine Woche mit Kleinkind und Baby in der tollen Unterkunft in Alcúdia verbracht. Es war alles da, ein Babybett war bereits bezogen und ein Hochstuhl stand am Tisch. Sehr schöner Ausblick, herrlich zum Frühstücken! Der kleine Supermarkt gegenüber hat alles was man braucht, der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar und gute Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe. Aufzug funktionierte, Klimaanlagen ebenfalls und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Ideal Property Mallorca war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen eine super Empfehlung für einen Shuttle Service zum Flughafen. Gerne wieder!

super appartement refait à neuf, spacieux et bien agencé avec une belle terrasse. la vue sur le port est magnifique. emplacement idéal, avec un accès à pied à toutes les commodités ( supermarché juste en face de l entrée, restaurants, bars....)la plage est seulement à quelques minutes à pieds. c était juste parfait! Eine wunderschöne geräumige Wohnung direkt am Hafen. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zum Innenhof daher ist es auch nachts ruhig, trotz der vielen Bars und Restaurants an der Hafenpromenade. Das Appartment ist genau so schön und sauber wie auf den Bildern und bis zum Strand sind es gerade mal 3min zu Fuss. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und auch der Checkin hat super funktioniert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

IPM Mallorca ist ein fantastisches Unternehmen. Super nett, zuvorkommend, immer für einen da und es entsprach alle sder Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft traumhaft schön geniale Lage super Ausblick top sauber sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Einfach genial angefangen von IPM Mallorca bis hin zur Unterkunft. All dies war ausschlaggebend, dass wir unseren bisher schönsten Mallorcaurlaub verbringen konnten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ringhörigen älteren Wohnblock direkt an der Hafenpromenade. Die Wohnung sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Diese war bis auf die Küche sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer sind sehr schön! Wir waren in der Hochsaison und es hatte wegen Covid 19 zum Glück nicht so viele Menschen, denn am Abend war es so schon sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. Die Küche hat keine Türe und das Geländer auf dem Balkon wackelt. Eine Waschmaschine und genügend Wäscheleine stehen auf dem Dach zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch ist.
