Beautiful hotel. Service is great, location is great, air conditioning is great, food is great. Spotty wifi and my hot water disappeared in the morning meaning I couldn't shower before checkout. That was not so great.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and the food and rooms superb. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the hotel. The food was outrageously good! Loved the pool and the hotel is situated right in front of the beach and a walk away from the old town in Malaga. The service of our room was outstanding. We felt really spoilt with the turn down service at night. A wonderful touch to make guests feel special. Would definitely recommend staying if you want tofeel well looked after.

Great property, great location and great staff. Only downside was we had twin room and found the beds very small, also there is a charge for the spa which I find wrong given the prices charged to stay there.

Fantastic hotel. Certainly one of the nicest I have stayed in (if not the nicest). The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is immaculate. There are many things to do and see within walking distance.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. The front desk and the concierge were always kind, attentive, and helpful. They coordinated great private excursions and provided really excellent dining recommendations. The on-site restaurants were also delicious. Easy access to the beach as well (the hotel is just one street crossing away).

The property was lovely and the service was excellent at every level. Beautiful room, excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the lobby lounge for drinks. It was very walkable to all the sights in Malaga. I would love to come back and stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. From the comfortable quiet bedroom to the excellent rooftop bar, this was a 10 day pleasure to stay at. Easy & walkable access to the port and town area. Beach is literally just over the road in front of the hotel. Wonderful stay.

We stayed at the hotel from 01/15-01/21/24. When you see the hotel for the first time the word that comes to me is AWE! We were very impressed and, specially my wife, is not easily impressed! We arrived at the hotel and the truly beauty of it appeared right away, THE PEOPLE! They make you feel not like a celebrity, but like this friend they are super happy to see! Check-in was great ( even got a Cava glass) to greet us ( thank you Peters for the Cava, the help with the luggage and your conversations with us!). Borjas at reception found us a beach front view ( a little more than I wanted to pay but definitely worth it!). Room was clean and updated ! Recently remodeled historic building! We had our own big balcony, Nespresso machine and other amenities!) Room was not completely ready but they got it ready right away!they came to the room and were super nice, great attitude, and willingness to make us feel at home! My room was always left like a postcard and they will even put our stuff neatly everyday! Concierge was extremely helpful! And got us tickets and information to wherever we wanted to go! Big cheers to them ( Daniel and the other one). Jose Luis De la Torre was always super helpful, friendly and always wanted to please us with a smile! There was Borjas #2 from the service who always showed great friendship!! We were taken care at the roof bar and at the bar in the lobby and the servers will always strike so genuine conversation! TKY Everyone!

Lovely & Comfortable Hotel
Really lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was declivous with a really wide range of choices. We went in December and despite it being warm the pool wasn't open which was a shame

Superb on every level
Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. The gents that greet you at the door were faultless, concierge were helpful and very knowledgeable and the reception team were great too. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a 5 star hotel as was the roof top bar and restaurant staff. The room was spacious and very clean and tidy. We loved our stay and this would be our first choice when we visit Malaga again.
