The hotel itself was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and the housekeepers do a great job. The issue is the people that congregate in the parking lot. We stayed 3 nights and witnessed the same men in vehicles in the parking lot all day and all night-they would come in to get breakfast and go back outside, they clearly were not guests. It wasn’t clear if they were transient or if there was some other illegal activity going on but it was very unsettling. There was also multiple other groups of people who I don’t believe were staying at the hotel but used the parking lot and amenities and spent a lot of time hanging around - it was honestly scary to be in the parking lot by myself because their was always some weird people hanging around out there, especially on the far end (away from the pool side). This really should be dealt with by the hotel - I travel alone frequently and I will not be staying at this hotel again just because of how unsafe I felt. My husband was with me during our stay and even he considered calling the cops because there is clearly some weird activities going on there. In the end we left it alone because we worried they were just homeless people and we didn’t want to force them out if they needed a place to sleep but honestly it felt like there was some shady business going on and it would really benefit the hotel to deal with these issues asap.

Great place to stay. Great staff, property and room. Convenient dining options of either Qdoba or Mr. Brews, which are both in the same parking lot. Or Tully's which is adjacent to the property. Withing a block there are also other dining options to make for an easy eat and stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated the microwave and fridge. Blackout shades were awesome. Breakfast was fine. Love the waffle makers! Out of the three containers in the shower only the shampoo had product, body wash and conditioner were empty. Elevator had a hand sanitizer dispenser but it was empty. Those are just minor things. If traveling this way again I would stay there. (Also liked restaurants adjacent to the property.)

This is a nice clean place for sleeping. Not much to do without driving someplace else, but i knew that when i chose it. It was a good place to sleep and have a shower before driving on.

Good: - Very quiet rooms and didn't hear any of the adjoining rooms and even the hallway noise was very muffled. - Staff were all very friendly - Room was overall pretty clean and comfortable - Very convenient to a few options for food - Tully's next door was awesome and the beer pub in the parking lot was very nice as well. Cons: - Our room smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke. You eventually went nose blind to it and we weren't intending to be in the room much, so we didn't bother asking to change rooms. But it was definitely our room, our friend in the room next door didn't have it in theirs. - The body wash in the shower wasn't filled (though the shampoo and conditioner were) when we went to use it our first night. But even after housekeeping cleaned our room the next day, it was still the same. I forgot to mention it but I assumed they'd check it as part of their cleaning. - The coffee at breakfast was terrible. The rest of breakfast was pretty good, just the coffee was not good.
