Great location for exploring the town of Lulea and also for access to the railway station which is literally over the road. The Simple meal which was provided every day was delicious and very good value.

Great for work trips
Located close to public transport, the hotel is convenient and inexpensive. There is a tasty, simple meal available for just 55 sek in the evening. Breakfast is the full hotel range. It's perfect if you are working or just need a comfortable place to sleep. If you want to be pampered and over eat, then this is probably not for you. I travelled with a car. There is street parking available but I chose to leave it in a heated parking house and walk 500m. It wasn't expensive.

Hotel Arctic is the best in the lower price range. Friendly staff. You have an "good" view from the room, if you compare it to Naran Hotel or Amber Hotel. Because there you have no view at all. You have 3 minutes longer to the center but that is worth it. I would always choose Arctic Hotel again!

Pleasant stay
We stopped her for 5 nights in December. The hotel is right opposite the train station. You can also access it directly from the airport using the 104 bus. Or you can catch the 4 bus to downtown and itā€™s a 10 minute easy walk from there. The hotel is not as young as it used to be but everything was well looked after, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly (in a Norrland way), wifi worked very well and breakfast was excellent. We liked the location. Itā€™s a short walk to the main area so itā€™s pleasant and quiet. Every bus we needed was within a few metres. Paths were well shovelled and gritted. There is a great casual food place across the street (one of the top ten korv stands in all of Sweden). The reindeer and the fried pallt are highly recommended. Coffee is available in the lobby around the clock.

Great hotel. Nothing fancy, but a perfect mid-range stay for two nights. The included breakfast buffet was cancelled, so free breakfast bags were given out instead. Will stay again!

Good, clean and comfortable hotel
It's just quite a typical, basic, but good hotel in Sweden. Nice and clean as you would expect. The single room is quite small, but fine for one person, one night. Just about 5-10 min walk in to the city centre. Pleased to find vegan yoghurts, oat milk and nice fruit in the breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed my stay here and will stay here again if/when I return to the area. Location is very convenient for the train and for walking. Staff were very helpful and kind. Based on the floorplan on the door, I had the smallest size room available, and it was certainly sufficient for one person (though too small for two people).

I enjoyed my stay. All the staff were excellent and very helpful. I make special note of Petra, who was exceptional in assistance and genuine friendliness. Most professional! My only downside was the pillows. Thick pillows are bad for neck posture but I find most hotels suffer from this. I would happily return on the staff alone. Robert

This hotel has a well used lounge and eating area. The feel is that people are comfortable in the lounge and eating area. Breakfast was good. Supper snacks were also good. I really liked this hotel. It had a local community feel to it.

Very nice welcome at reception. Lovely foyer with free tea and coffee available all day. We sat there in the evening as room VERY small. Quiet situation but close to town centre. Breakfast buffet very nice.

Great location for train travellers
The staff here were wonderfully friendly, accommodating, and helpful. After an all-night train ride from Sunsdall, we didn't expect to be able to check in until 3pm. However, we were encouraged when told if we came back at noon and the room would be ready. We were able to have coffee and freshen up before setting off to see the sights. The hotel itself was warm and inviting, the room was very comfortable and the generous breakfast buffet provided plenty of delicious options.

Very convenient to the train station in Lulea, and the bus station is just a couple blocks further. Breakfast was included and was fine. The service was quite friendly (based upon my admittedly very short time there).

It was a pleasant place to stay, and it had great access to rail and bus stations. It was close to shopping areas. It was close the the LuleƄ Cathedral. I like it well enough I stay a second night before heading to Finland.

Great Property
The location is within line of sight from the train station. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The WIFI is sufficiently strong to make clear Skype calls on and was consistent throughout. Breakfast was excellent. I found most of the staff to be of a very high caliber. I would definitely stay here again on a subsequent visit.

Fantastic stay
This hotel is fantastic and we really enjoyed our two nights here. The location right opposite the station was very convenient . The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. There is free tea and coffee in the lobby for all guests and we would recommend the restaurant for a lovely dinner.
