Convenient Night Stay - Easy access off Highway
With the unprecedented high 80&90+ temps, we've been sweltering at night at places that have NO air conditioning available. This place was another -- if it weren't for the kind desk person who provided us with the ONLY fan available in the hotel we would not have been able to sleep at all. It was a 1 night stay as we were traveling back to Denmark for our flight back home to USA. The staff was friendly & helpful, in general. The breakfast was good, and the evening meal was enjoyable.

Poorly Trained Staff
The Receptionist photocopied another Guests booking in details then used tippex to hide their details so I could enter mine. It wasn't a quick process! The first Waitress was quite miserable and did not have a good attitude. The second Waitress was brilliant. You can guess who got the tip.

Bra läge med enkel access med bil. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda negativa är att hotellet och rummen är rätt slitna. Badrumsdörren öppnade bara halvvägs då den var sliten, heltäckningsmattan i rummet var fläckig och det var halvdåligt städat. Bra frukost och mat. Rejäla (!) portioner med mat.

Terrible accomondation in Lübeck
Terrible quality of the rooms. We had two double rooms and there was a smell in the rooms which probably came from the carpet, also in the hall way did it smell. Everything was torn and in bad condition. The guy in the reception didn't know a word english and was not really friendly in his welcoming. Will NOT stay here again and will not recommend anyone to do so until they have spent some money on fixing the hotel and replaced some staff.

Kommer gjerne tilbake
Et "vennlig" hotell med fin beliggenhet nær Lübeck. Standarden på det meste er antagelig fra 1980 årene, men fungerer utmerket. Daglig renhold, en vennlig betjening, - og en god frokost med alle varianter. Restauranten var "gemütlich", store porsjoner (typisk Tysk), med god mat.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Herausragend war, dass Sky im Zimmer verfügbar ist. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top. Nur der Boden im Flur und Zimmer ist schon recht alt. Zudem ist der Boden auf dem Flur laut, sodass man im Zimmer nachts einen gewissen Geräuschpegel hat.
