I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! My significant other and I were warmly greeted and were upgraded to a king sized suite. The lobby staff, room attendant, and the door holders were so kind. Some of them even noticed when I had a lot of bags or drinks in my hand and would click the elevator buttons for me. The location and convenience is unbeatable!! Just a short walk to Newbury Street and the Prudential Center. I also loved the comfort of the bed and the toiletries provided in the room.
The only downside to the stay is that the building and rooms themselves need to be renovated. When we entered our room hallway and room, there was a strange smell that permeated the area. I purchased air sanitizer to help the situation. In the future, the hotel owners should consider making further renovations to the property.
