Flooded with lots of natural light through the floor to ceiling glass windows, this luxurious home is interior designed with a contemporary modern aesthetic creating the ideal place for relaxing, dining and working. Guests can relax on the sumptuous sofas in the spacious elegant lounge, make use of the smart TV to catch up all your favorite shows and access the free superfast WiFi.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100

*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Simply the best in all regards….
Clean, well appointed, and perfectly located. Chiswick has been a big part of my family history for many many years. This home is quite simply perfect. Quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for travellers staying the weekend or on an extended visit. The location is a moments walk from Turnham Green Tube Station which will give you access to Central London, National Rail Service and all points beyond. Do remember to switch to the District Line at Acton Town if using the underground from Heathrow. Chiswick offers excellent food, shopping, and supplies. I cannot wait to come back to this place in the near future. Safe travels!!!

Stay to see family
The property is great and convenient to the Tube, shops, restaurants etc. However I felt that the agency looking after the property let it down. The only instructions to the whole property were in relation to the bins. There was no guidance as to how to work appliances, access internet, work tv etc. My first two days (out of 4) were spent liaising with the agents ( which can only be done via email) to get washing machines fixed - waiting for the engineer, sending videos and emailing back and forth before anything could be done. When fixed it was full of mouldy washing which we had to dispose of. Two bags of spare linen were thrown in the door way when we arrived - we assumed this was spare for us and had to use it as no washing machine for 2 days. Upon checking out we were told our deposit would be deducted for the inconvenience we have caused them by using this linen!! We were told they were unable to supply and of the items promised such as bin liners, dishwashing tablets as it was a public holiday! All crockery was caked in food when we arrived.... we therefore had to put through the dishwasher twice...... later realising that the dishwasher was not functioning properly so the previous tenants had just put everything away dirty. Given the amount we paid, I felt it ran short of someone really managing and checking that the place was ready to go and clean. Hopefully the owners can get the agents to pick up their game as it is a fab property!
