Great transport links
Used tesco vouchers so paid very little solo trip for theatre so didnt spend much time in there but it was clean staff very nice and the breakfast was a added bonus room was clean bed bit hard shower small and could of done with somewhere to put your shower gel ect oh there was a fridge in a hidden cupboard tv signal wasnt great but i didnt really watch it Overall the room and breakfast room where a bit chilly But id stay again if the price was good Excellent transport links tube and bus

The hotel service is fine, staffs are friendly and helpful. Wifi is somehow not stable. They better strengthen the wifi signal rather than ask people not to download big files. I think it won't cost too much.

The location was amazing. The hotel was on the older side so it had fewer amenities, like air conditioning. Our chargers blew the breakers but management worked on the problem. After spending one night there we decided it would be best for us to move. The management worked with us to resolve the issues to our great satisfaction. The management was amazing. This review supersedes an earlier one, when after talking to representatives at Expedia, I thought all hope was lost.

Noisy, not a positive experience
Troy was an extremely disappointing hotel. The noise emanated from both inside and outside the hotel. My wife and I could barely sleep. The breakfast was substandard as they only served stale croissants, and cold cereals. The shower was excellent and probably the best part of the entire stay. The front desk assistance were nice enough. I don’t often leave negative reviews but this was not a comfortable place to stay.

A comfortable hotel with lovely old features, located in a quiet street close to park and tube station. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Great value for money.

I've stayed in the neighborhood and like the area but this was my favorite hotel. The room was not huge but adequate for two people. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

We stayed in the family room which was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was limited in choice but adequate for what we needed. The staff were all friendly and the hotel clean throughout. We would stay here again.

Alright stay
Good budget stay. The single room was ok sized. The shower unit very small as you cannot move when inside. It's fine for a short stay. Close to Bayswater station and shops/restaurants

Single Room was very small, the main Ceiling light to low as I could hit it with my forehead...I'm 6"1. The room is catered for a small person. The bathroom sink and toilet too small. The shower cubicle height and width again too small. You couldn't manoeuvre round. Positives...Quiet and Friendly staff, free Breakfast

Great clean little hotel in West London
Great location close to Queensway tube station, very close to Notting Hill and Portobello Rd etc. Very good price. Room very clean just a little cold in winter even with the small heater. Breakfast was fine for the price, boiled eggs, canned fruit, coffee, juices, croissants, cereal, bread etc. Would stay again!

Great location. But that is about it. It has old nasty looking carpet. Terrible breakfast with staff looking angry to be working. I would not recommend it to a friend.

Good location! Very centralized. Decent breakfast at this price point. Downside was the bathroom door in the room couldn't be shut (Probably the hinge). And Single bed is a tad small. Overall is good stay for budget concision travellers.

Great Location
Well worth the money. No thrills just exactly what we paid for. Three minutes from Queensway station perfect location for the West End of London. Good breakfast all in all a bargain.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, staff perfectly pleasant and polite but I was in a room on the 5th floor and the lift was broken all weekend. I had a large holdall with me which had to be carried up and down 5 flights of stairs. May be worth checking ahead if this would be a problem to you.

Clean, comfortable, friendly service at Troy
Very friendly and helpful front desk. Room was small, as expected, but clean, comfortable and very quiet. Just a block and a half from Queensway Tube Station and a 10/15min walk from Paddington. Opening window, safe, mini fridge, closet, desk, tv. Shower is a tight fit, but soap and shampoo provided. Self-serve breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, yoghurt, sliced cheese, toast, croissants, coffee, juice, etc. I would definitely stay again and recommend as a budget friendly choice in a very convenient, central location.

Very good value. Excellent location near to cafes and restaurants and walking dstance to museums, Hyde Park and even centre of London (keen walkers). Helpful and friendly staff. Clean bedrooms but soundproofing could be better. Very adequate continental breakfast, with boiled eggs.

A well managed, well maintained small hotel. My room was a good size with very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom, both kept perfectly clean. There's an in room safe and kettle with coffee, tea. Electronic door access and a lift. Continental breakfast was plentiful and never overly busy when I was using it. Location great (200 metres to tube and also a long street full of restaurants of all kinds). Just across the road is peaceful Kensington Gardens.

Ideally located as short walk from paddington. Rooms are clean and basic but have everything you need. Friendly staff who are happy to help. Late check out of 12 is great!
