Easy to walk to various areas for sightseeing including Chelsea flower show. Lots of cafes, restaurants & pubs in the area too so no need to go too far for somewhere nice to eat if u don’t want to. A bit disappointed though with view from our room. Despite requesting a room overlooking main road ( Buckingham Palace road) our room was directly above glass roof of Victoria station & we couldn’t see onto area below as window was frosted glass!!!

Gorgeous and well maintained hotel. Nice touches like free bottles of water, soda along with tea and coffee in the room. They also provided free snack and candy treats! Easy check in and easy out. Would go back again!

The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are spotless. The location was ideal for our needs. Great nights sleep, in very comfy bed. Beautiful hotel.

This was our first trip to London and this hotel did not disappoint. Our room was clean, cold and fully stocked with everything we could need. The heated towel holder was a nice touch! If there was something we needed, the staff responded to our request within minutes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its perfect location. I would also like to thank Mohammad for all of his assistance. What a tremendous help he was! And finally, we had dinner in The Soak our last night there - the fried calamari was fantastic! I love a hotel that goes beyond the basics to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Terrific helpful courteous staff only draw back is our room had no dresser so for five days we had to live out of our suitcases. But otherwise a great hotel ten minute walk from Buckingham palace.

Beautiful hotel. Bit of a maze but fun to explore. Had an iron in the room but didn’t work. We didn’t bother reporting at the time as needed to head out. Well sound insulated rooms. A comfortable stay in central London.

My stay was awesome. The employees were very nice and extremely helpful even found an adapter for my phone. The food in the restaurant was top notch this is my go to place to stay when in London. PS Most of all the great tourist sites are about. 15 minute walk from the Clermont.

The location was perfect. It was a short two minute walk to the tube station. The rooms are small but adequate and it is Europe. We also always felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay again if we’re in London.

This is a beautifully maintained hotel with really pleasant and helpful staff. Expensive yes - but you are in the heart of London within walking distance of restaurants, theatres and main attractions. Victoria Station is just steps around the corner so really easy to get around the city. Our room was lovely and had a towel heating rack. The in-house restaurants were very good. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful with easy access to the tube and trains. The rooms are very small for the price. While refreshments in the room are included in the cost of the room and replenished daily, they provide you with two bottles of water and 2 cans of soda per day. At a cost of over $450.00 US per night, it seems relatively stingy. Additionally, often times there was no doorman to assist when entering or leaving. Overall the cost far outweighed the experience.

We were very happy with the Clermont. Ideally located and exceptionally well maintained, this grand old hotel was the perfect place for us to stay on a five-day visit to London. The room was spotless, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. The bed was supremely comfortable. There was no noise, and we slept like royals (the ones with good consciences, if such there be). This will be our go-to hotel in London from now on.

This property is literally part of the Victoria train station. Made my last day in the UK a breeze as all I needed to do was roll out of bed and onto the train to the airport! Was clean and neat but the room I had was small. Enough for me. One or two people with little room for luggage. Other then that it was wonderful.

The Clermont Victoria provided all of the necessities we were looking for from a hotel on our week-long visit including Easter weekend. Its geographic location and immediate access to ALL modes transportation is excellent. We were able to walk to Easter Mass at Westminster Cathedral only 3 blocks away. So easy to hub out of the hotel to get to where we were going everyday. The hotel itself is beautiful both inside and outside. It looks and feels like a London hotel. When you’re in it you know you’re in London which helps enhance the total experience. I highly recommend it.

Rumbling from subways trains at nearby Victoria station can be disturbing. Beautiful hotel lobby, but the lower priced rooms are nothing but convention center-hotel quality. In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. It’s nice that they provide sone free water and cokes, and candy, but they candy is terrible, hard taffy, and sour smarties. So, it’s nice they try, but they need to improve the quality of the snacks, as the taffy is hard as a rock and can’t be eaten.
