A beautifully decorated hotel with a comfortable suite. The breakfast had a variety of food and drinks. Very clean hotel and service was attentive. Our room was touched up daily. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping. Highly recommend!

This hotel was lovely. Great location and the staff were very responsive. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door was frosted glass and semi-translucent. From the bed you could see somebody sitting on the toilet.

Lovely, clean traditional hotel
Very well located - minutes from Rato Metro station, shops, bars and restaurants in an authentic part of Lisbon. Room was big, bright and very clean. Breakfast was lovely - quite substantial with good coffee. Staff were all wonderful. Very helpful and friendly

Pleasant stay
Lovely traditional hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly. Good location for discovering Lisboa. We would stay here again. Hotel is located on a busy street.

Fab location and lovely hotel
From start to finish our stay was lovely. Boutique style hotel with friendly staff who couldn’t assist you more. Ideal location as just a 10 minute walk to the lively squares for food and drink. Metro and tram stops 4 min walk so easy access to the rest of city. Stayed with daughter and friends - would totally recommend.

Beautiful property. Great old building. Room had good air conditioning. Nicely updated washroom. Only two issues was old fashioned room key had issues. Which was fine gave my wife and myself some laughs. Bathroom had sewer smell for first day. Pretty bad but they got it fixed.

The room layout was a bit awkward to get around, and it's a bit noisy from the hallway and streets, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well kept. Would stay again.

Location great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room smelt really bad, like sewage. Being on the first or second floor is challenging with heavy suitcases and no lift. Room was comfortable enough except for the smell.

Pleasant room with newer bathroom ensuite. Some bass music noise from nearby restaurant/club until 11pm was a bit of an issue. Breakfast buffet was ok. 2 hot items. Good location close to the Natural History museum and tram e24 outside the door

Great location, lovely hotel
This quaint hotel was perfectly located. Close to town but not too close. The metro is a short walking distance. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious but the mattress did not make for a good night sleep. The breakfast room is lovely and the food was pleasant. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Located a couple hundred yards from a subway station, with both a Post Office and a supermarket right across from that. Short - steep - walk from one of the city's major boulevards.

Great hotel
Earns the rating. Friendly helpful staff. Great building a block from the Metro, it does have stairs, possibly two flights. If you walk straight out of the hotel Avenida da Liberdate is a couple of bocks. Turn right and you end up in Biarrio Alta. Large room but a small bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Stay here if you like excellent experiences!
Fantastic place! The breakfast was stellar--and open until 11am! The service was impeccable. Everyone was SO nice. The very necessary A/C worked like a charm. Just a couple blocks from the Metro and a 10 minute walk to all the action. It was quiet, clean, and in a cool old building. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

Great little hotel
A lovely hotel in a great part of Lisbon. This is a small, friendly modest and good value hotel close to the Rato Metro stop, and a short although steep walk down into the central area. The hotel staff are super-friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is good, the room was very clean, simple and with everything you need. A very good shower. The aircon worked, which is just as well as temperatures were very high during our visit. Loved the area, lots of interesting shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Just down from the botanical gardens and other gardens & a little craft market on Fri/Sat. We'd definitely recommend this hotel!
