My only complaint was that our coffee maker was missing a piece and I let the front office know about it and instead of getting a new piece or new coffee maker they told me oh well nothing they can do about it. They have a coffee bar from 8-10am but we have a baby so our mornings start at 5am so not having a coffee maker in the room sucked."

"Absolutely perfect house near the beach on a quiet charming street! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends. The house was incredible especially for a group of teenagers, with so many fun activities—pickleball, basketball, billiards, and plenty of wonderful spaces to hang out, play board games, or watch a movie together. There was truly something for everyone! Amber was so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will definitely come back!"

"The beachnest was wonderful for my girls weekend. The multiple decks and rooftop area were fabulous. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset. Because the harbor bridge was out, driving around took a little more time than expected. Of course, no fault of the rental property. The carpets could use a good steam, but overall the property was very clean. Comfortable beds in all three rooms. Large, easily shareable bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. The house is located in a walkable, quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this property for a group gathering."
