Amazing Cottage/Location, would have been 5 Stars if the hottub had been fully working.

Love the cottage, it really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we wanted and needed. The hottub didn't work properly. It was hot and retained the heat, but none of the jets or fountains worked, so there were no bubbles at all. It was just like being in a hot bath in the garden. We called the out of hours line to have an engineer come out, and they said they would, however no-one came. Of our 4 nights we only went in the hottub twice. One of the main criteria of our search was the hottub, so this was a major disappointment.
