Bright villa between beach, dunes and city center

Very well located for a good weekend or a good vacation, quiet and close to the sea and the city center, this very bright villa benefits from the best standards of comfort, insulation and ventilation (BBC label). All your activities are accessible by bike or on foot and whatever the season or the weather you will always feel good!
A living - dining room with a table for 10 people and a bar for 5 people opens onto the kitchen. Upstairs, another 20 m2 lounge serves as a game room or television.
Sheets can be provided for an additional € 60-100. We do not have a towel, but we do provide kitchen towels.

Perfect getaway
Beautiful comfortable and well equipped home, five minutes walk from a sandy beach and sand dunes. Easy 15 minute walk into vibrant town with plenty of cafes & independent shops. Host easy to communicate with, any questions answered promptly. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday.

Perfect location
Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay. Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. Wonderful house
We came away with 3 generations for a short break and found that the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space. A very short walk to the beach and a reasonable stroll into Le Touquet. Highly recommended

Spacious property in quiet location
Large, well equipped property in quiet but convenient location. Comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms make this an excellent choice. Parking and space in huge garage are a huge bonus.

Not ideal
No communication on how to enter the property before arrival. Extortionate prices to use sheets. Very hard for very young infants to be there due to so many items about the place. Everything worked and house was spotless

A wonderful short stay break
The property was everything as described. A beautiful clean house with large bedrooms. We look our own linen and hoovered before we left as we felt the charges were quite high. It’s only about 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. It stretches for miles. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our family and was a perfect way to spend time with all the family. We hope to return again one day

3 families (11 people) had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy a winter break to Le Touquet. 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to town. Well equipped property with plenty of personal touches.

We just had to come again.
My family, nine of us and a dog, came to the BBC for a long weekend March 9-13 and found the house to be lovely and warm, comfortable and equipped with everything you would require. The house is perfectly placed for a stroll to the beach, a coffee at the Novotel perhaps, overlooking the sea. We loved it so much that we have all just returned again December 15-18. Great place for a family Get together
We visited for a Golden Wedding Family Celebration and had a wonderful week. The bright house is ideally situated to walk to the beach or the town centre although driving and parking during the week was easy. As with all holiday resorts the weekends are another story. There was plenty of space for 11 family members and the house is light and airy and well equipped. Because Le Touquet is a holiday destination it is wise to check opening times of the entertainment amenities if travelling from outside France during their school terms. We loved the peace and quiet and made our own entertainment until later in the day when things started to open. The local people were extremely friendly and didn't seem to mind if we turned the wrong way into a one-way street! We found them very polite at all times. All in all, a super holiday.

Absolutely Fantastic Property
We have just returned from 5 days (9 to 13 March) at this lovely unique house. It is very comfortable, airy and warm. We were 8 adults and a child and as it has 2 lounges there is plenty of space for all. We have rented holiday villas all over France, with the family, for many years but I have to say that this house has the most comfortable beds and the best equipped kitchen and utensils we have known. We had sunny weather, so with the beach and sand dunes just 5 minutes walk away, it was perfect. Nice Mrs Dubois, greeted us as we arrived and showed us everything we needed to make it memorable. We've got to go back!

un superbe séjour entre amies avec un grand soleil
Pour notre week-end annuel entre amies nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette villa, le soleil ayant été au rendez-vous nous avons pu profiter des deux terrasses (celle face au séjour pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner et celle face à la cuisine pour le diner). Nous avons pu tout faire à pied (plage, marché, restaurant, shopping, thalasso...), nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.
