"We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better. "

This is our 4th year staying at the Hôtel de Paris and this year the service and staff were amazing. Thanks for paying attention to guests and details. Will definitely go back again."

"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! The beach is super close and so many shops and supermarkets around. The deposit paid on arrival was reimbursed the same afternoon we checked out. (There was no toilet paper on arrival, I’m sure we could’ve asked for some however we just went and bought some when we got there so not the end of the world) "

"I travel quite a bit, and like 5 star hotels. This place blew away any other place I have ever stayed. The property is impeccable, the food is outstanding, the pools are fantastic and the service far exceeded our expectations. This place is a must see if you visit St. Tropez."
