Great Location and Easy Check In
Clean, accurate listing in a great location in Palms Place. Great to not have casino and long walk to rooms, etc. Restaurant on location has excellent service. Friendly staff at front desk and a nice fitness center as well. Room is clean and roomy. Might not be perfect for multiple women staying together as there is not a lot of counter space or cabinet space in bathroom but the jetted tub and nice shower makes up for that.... My only glitch was trying to contact the owner to extend my stay. I could not find a phone number or link to do so and front desk cannot help you. Wifi and internet were spotty at times and the VRBO app was not working for me for many hours, but not a property problem. Overall great stay for my mother and myself.

Disappointing
Just didn't work out. Dan was communicative initially but after check in debacle, never heard back. Host told me that room had just been booked, even though I made reservation in October. I had business meetings I needed to attend to and freshen up for and was forced to book another hotel due to room not being ready at 3pm check in. Mistakes happen and life goes on.

The View!
We wanted to stay away from the crazy traffic during Superbowl week, but wanted to enjoy the luxury of a condo. Every night we enjoyed the view of the strip, from a distance. No loud music, no screeching cars and no thumping from the nightclub all night! We enjoyed all the festivities of the Superbowl, and slept like babies and woke up to fresh air on the walk out patio. Life doesnt get any better :)

Beautiful sunrises from our penthouse bachelor pad
Really nice unit. Pictures don’t show the spaciousness. Arrived for check in at 3 & were told housekeeping was in our unit. 45 minutes later we were told housekeeping hadn’t “released the unit.” Desk clerk sent a supervisor up to check & we were okay to proceed. I wonder if I hadn’t checked we would still be waiting. No reflection on the unit owner. A few minor things needed attention (lamps not working, ) but MAJOR problem, abysmal internet connection. We were never able to use the Wi-Fi it was so slow. Would not rent again for this reason. Unit was very clean and view was awesome.

Let’s Do It Again
10/10 recommend this place. We were unexpectedly shocked at how beautiful this place is. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Although it is off the strip, it’s not too terribly far to get to the strip. We walked from the strip and it was about a half hour. Definitely will be coming back if we decide not to stay on the strip!

Check in was miserable!
We got to the property and the owner did not communicate with them. We had to wait 3 hrs before checking in. We had an event to get ready for and the owner didn’t answer any calls, texts or emails. The property & room were nice but the check in process was terrible & the owners communication was garbage!

Very upscale, and while a slight bit off the beaten path of the strip. Still has a great pool, bar & restaurant, plus all of the other amenities that you'd expect from a resort in LV. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet simple and communicative
Daniel was great . Quick response, answered every question. The room was so spacious and wonderful. The only problem was the staff at the place. They were in a hurry to get us out of the room before check out time. It was a maid who would bang on the door to wake us up. The other staff like the bell boy and checkin staff were amazing. Everything we needed was available to us. We will stay again if opportunity allows.

This place was great all around. I have only one complaint and that is that the tub jets did not seem to be working and the water pressure to fill the tub definitely needs to be looked into. Maybe i was doing something wrong but id like to think i wasn't. Again great place otherwise and i will definitely be staying here again.

Spent around a week here and had lots of benefits for our trip, the main ones being clean, tidy and well-priced, 10 minutes off the strip with easy access and plenty of parking available. The room itself was spacious and well equipped, but in some places a little worn, but nothing serious enough to cause issues. Highlights of the room. Include, a bed that is big and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful! The jetted tub works great! A couple of improvements that would benefit the apartment would be to change the fridge freezer setup as at present it has a small fridge, freezer and then a 2nd hotel-style fridge that was ok would benefit from one bigger all-in-one unit. Also, whilst not the owner's fault, and this is clear before booking, the view from the room is great at present they shut the balcony off are and only visible from the room. Our stay was good. I had very little time for use of the hotel facility because of a busy schedule and I had very little need for contact with the Property manager, other then though the booking process.

The property was tidy and so, so conveniently located. Quiet and less chaotic than being on the strip. Contemporary feel and nice views of the strip, especially at night. Liked the in-room safe and coffee maker. Comfortable main bed. Roll out couch is a little rough on the comfort side. Gym was nicely equipped for a travel gym. Good price. We loved being able to cook some of our meals - would have liked a decent fry pan, a spatula, a dishpan and a broom, but otherwise well-equipped. One of our group was a bit cold the first night and when we went to the hotel desk, the front desk clerk was a bit grumpy with us about not being able to give us an extra blanket without permission from the property owner, which seemed a bit weird. However, when we asked a different front desk person on another day for more garbage bags, she was super friendly and helpful, so I guess it depends who you talk to. Loved the show of rockin’ sports cars in the valet lot each morning. Overall, loved our stay and would stay here again, just will make sure to pack our own extra blankets!

Room layout is great for a week stay with the small kitchenette and the location was perfect for what we were in town for. However, one of the reasons we booked this room was it was non-smoking. The smell of cigarette and weed smoke just about knocked us over when we entered the room. Even the staff at the property commented on how bad the smoke smell was. Once I got a hold of the owner, his response was for lack of better words was it wasn't his problem, he said he can't control what people do in the room when he rents it out. We ended up buying three candles and room air fresheners to help with the smell. They helped a little but we had to deal with the smoke smell our entire trip. The staff at the hotel did put in a machine to help with the smell and it only helped a little. Plus we had to listen to the humming sound of the machine for a day. Also, the listing said the room came with a coffee pot and a Nespresso machine. No Nespresso machine to be found and the coffee pot was broken. We ended up going to Wal-Mart and buying a small coffee pot since we were going to be staying for a week. We ended up just leaving it in the room for the next guest. Overall we would look into staying at this property again in the future but with a different owner. The response we got when we notified him of the room smell was not good. If you advertise a room as smoke free and it's not you should try and accommodate the renter in some way but we got "it's not my problem" instead. Staff great, location great, room layout great, owner poor and if your looking for a smoke free room, this one isn't it.

We stayed for 5 days in February, check in and out was a breeze as there is a front desk to assist (no need to worry about how to get keys/access codes). Location was convenient and the room was spacious. Daniel was extremely responsive, helpful and prompt when we had an issue with the sink and requesting extra linens. Thank you!

I was traveling on business, and enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a luxury suite with plenty of amenities for such a reasonable price. The view was spectacular and getting to an from my jobsite from this location was easy. I have a counterpart scheduled to be in Vegas next week and I referred him to this listing with no hesitation.

Decent Place, good deal
Overall I enjoyed my stay but the place is showing it’s age. Also it could use a deep cleaning (counter needed scrubbing). Place was quiet, cool, and great view. The check in was confusing bec it’s not through Vrbo, the owner has to email the front desk to let them know, if owner doesn’t inform the front desk then Palms Place has NO record of your stay.

The condo was clean and very comfortable and the view of downtown was great. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small issue with the tv remote, but it was resolved quickly. It was nice to have free parking. We were always able to get a spot right up front. Daniel was very accommodating and responded quickly.

Great place!
Wonderful stay! Great view! We watched the sunrise over the Strip every morning and saw the the glittering lights before bed. I wish the balcony was accessible but that is an HOA decision, not the owner, as I understand. It was perfect for my 4 night stay. The bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful! The jetted tub works great! Ample parking in self parking garage. The hallway smelled like cannabis sometimes but I guess that's vegas. It didn't affect the room. The AC works great! Would love to stay again!

Great location off the Strip
Overall everything was exactly as expected. Clean, equipped well with what’s needed. Location was perfect for us since we had a car and could get into downtown whenever we wanted. It would be too far to walk but a quick Uber ride. Listing mentioned a year round heated pool though it is apparently only open seasonally, and you couldn’t even access the area. But really not too big a deal. We enjoyed the place!

The owner of this property is very polite, accommodating and flexible. Questions and requests were answered and accommodated promptly. Hotel staff were iffy, some awesome, some rude. The room was clean, it was nice to have a kitchen, and the views were awesome. Would have loved to sit out on the balcony however the hotel didn’t allow access.

We didn't feel like tourists, we felt like citizens!
That was one of the best decisions we made when we decided to go see Las Vegas! We were 5-10 minutes out the main strip, 1 mile for the grocery store & The Boiling Crab!!! We made our meals at what we called home, Palms Place and ate at one really great place everyday. It made it more fun and we saved a bunch of money and spent it on all the other adventuous activities & great shows. Go see "WOW" at the Rio a block away. The bathtub and bathroom with the best about the whole place and the view was fantastic. The only bumner was that you couldn't open this sliding glass door to enjoy the balcony or smoke out there... something about new ownership? And of course the pool area wasn't open and neither was the problem so tell because of covid without was to be expected. We didn't feel like tourists at all.

The space was beautiful. I fell in love with the bathroom and view. Parking was free. Everyone was professional and courteous, including the host. The wi-fi was limited. The balconies are closed, I wasn’t informed until we arrived. *I personally wouldn’t have booked knowing that bc I’m a smoker. The sink was clogged and the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom. The space was a bit dusty, with some areas not cleaned properly as well. Overall, I was pretty happy with the space, location, and my overall stay. Thank You!

This was a great place to stay- exactly as the photo’s show except no use of the balcony (which is one of the main reasons we booked) this isn’t an owner issue it’s a Palms Place rule, which I was told they may re open the balconies in 2022. This view is the city is breath taking. Dan was very responsive and super nice! This was our honey moon and first time in Vegas- in my opinion everything looks closer than it actually is. You can walk to the strip but will take u about 20+ min. We used Uber a few times, we also got a bus pass-which you have to get on one bus to get on the strip then walk to the strip bus stop to get on another it was crowded so it was a slow process. The casino connecting to this resort (next door) was closed, that was inconvenient because the husband wanted to play slots and I just wanted to stay in the room (lol) we did not utilize the tub but it looked nice, the shower was great and water gets hot! Over all no complaints that were in owners control. This is a nice little condo and owner is very nice. That dang balcony got us lol-we wanted out there so bad!
