まあまあな古さで、部屋にはバスタオルもなく(後で持ってきてもらいました)トイレも調子が悪く自分で直しましたが、受付の人のホスピタリティが最高だったので、問題があっても全て許せました(笑)

Every day we were told the pool would open the next day and it never did become operational over our entire stay. To make matters worse, we never even saw anyone working on it. Very disappointing for our four children.

Housekeeping is improperly trained. Knocked before check out time with the DND sign out and conversing loudly just outside door thereon afterwards. Facilities meet expectations within the rooms, lobby and breakfast areas but does not maintain pool or gives updates on its status. Closed during visit due to it being unclean (filled with algae).

The floors in the room were absolutely disgusting. The carpet desperately needs a cleaning. You do not want to walk with out shoes or the bottom of your feet will be dirty. Also, the linen is rough. In my opinion the price does not match the quality of the hotel.

Expedia shows that this property can accommodate 5 people but they cannot. I booked asking for 5 but they told me they cannot because they do not have a sofa bed or an extra bed. The receptionist said she will send an extra blanket and an extra pillow so one can sleep on the carpet but she never did. There is no elevator and the pool was closed for repairs. Overall, it is a good place to stay but I think add a little more to per night and you will get a much better place to stay and closer to the strip.

The hotel seems fairly outdated and could stand some updates. It claimed to be non-smoking but there was an odor of stale cigarette smoke throughout our corridor.

Not a great option
I do understand I wasn’t getting the ritz Carlton here but I do expect a certain level of quality at any hotel and this one didn’t deliver. It is easier to just list the problems. Toilet - flapper broke so unless you pushed it down after every flush, it ran constantly. I’m sure it would have been fixed promptly if I mentioned it but wasn’t in the room much over 2 days. No comforter - had to ask and delivered quickly but shouldn’t have to ask. 2 thin sheets is not enough. Carpet disgusting - hadn’t been vacuumed in a while Room stunk - mix of dog and cigarettes Tv didn’t work - said no input but wouldn’t change Booger on wall Hair on toilet seat and shower and floor Ac wouldn’t allow fan always on - kept going on and off Continental breakfast ridiculous - no syrup for waffles, no sign saying no syrup. Only had bananas, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt and mini muffins. Main areas had trash multiple days - wouldn’t be hard to pick up trash but was there multiple days Paint peeling - in room and common areas Attitude from day staff about breakfast Shower controls awkward and whistled - not sure where whistling was coming from but really annoying. Pool closed - sign said “routine maintenance” but looked like it had been drained for months. Would have been nice to know before making reservations. There was a good thing. The beds were comfy and clean. Definitely will not stay here again.

We expected no frills, but it was worse than that. Everything was in disrepair. The breakfast lacked basic things like coffee creamer, syrup for the waffles (told to use jelly packets), and the sausage that was brought out was cold and greasy. When I asked if the sausage had been cooked, I was offered that they could warm it up in the microwave. I thinknit had only been thawed. Gross.

This Hotel Has Seen Better Days
Of all the La Quintas we have stayed before, this was the worst. I write this being mindful of staff shortages and other current struggles of the tourism/service industry. Some of the issues cannot be controlled by the hotel, I guess. If you are traveling with a dog, you will get a level one room. The hallway of the first level is unlike those of the upper levels: awful white institutional lights, awful smell of smoke and animal urine, filthy carpets. The room itself smelled so bad that we had to report it. To their credit, we were offered a different room that smelled normal, and had a jacuzzi (we didn't need that, but at least they did not charge us extra). This room was okay despite the lumpy mattress and the semi-broken shower knob. Good parts: the hotel is affordable, non-smoking (clearly some guests did not honor this), allows dogs (seems like some dogs were brought here that are not housebroken, not the hotel's fault), and is located centrally. The free breakfast consisted of spotty bananas, one cereal option, and no warm food. Very sparse. Anyway, we'll most likely not come back, but we appreciated their consideration of giving us a better, cleaner room.

Probably the nicest, most peaceful place I have ever stayed. Had the hot tub all to myself, very comfortable beds, clean, really enjoyed my stay.

We picked this spot because it was off the strip and we had our dogs with us. Staff was nice, hotel and room were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

No cribs for families with small children
Hotels.com says this location has free crib but after we checked in and moved our stuff in the room, they brought us a roll away bed for our 17 month old, which is not safe. They do not have crib or pack ‘n plays available and when we asked to be compensated because we’d have to go out and buy one, they refused. The manager’s solution was to tell hotels.com that the listing is incorrect (not my job and my child still does a place to sleep) or go somewhere else. We ended up going to the Hampton Inn down the street, which was way nicer and has cribs for babies. Overall, not family friendly nor accommodating. Don’t stay here.

The alley going to our room smells unpleasant and the room was not clean and smells smoke Even if none-smoking. The bedsheets were a bit itchy, probably not changed or Dusty. There were no towels and we had to call guest services. They said sorry they only have pool Towels because their washer was broken. The lady said she will bring the pool towels to our room but waited an hour and nothing came so we had to pick up. The coffee was water down. The place needs more cleanling. The staff were at least nice and apologetic.

We’ll take your money but won’t accommodate you
Booked a room for 5 adults room only had 2 beds and 4 pillows. Couldn’t be accommodated with rollaway bed or sleeper sofa also couldn’t receive anymore pillows or towels.

The first room we got had stained sheets and all the drawers/cabinet door on dresser were broken. We booked for 5 people… got 4 pillows and 2 towels. Had to almost beg for the 5th pillow. Breakfast started running out an hour before it stopped. We couldn’t find any staff to help refill items until 30 minutes prior to breakfast ending, and then were told it’s too late to refill items.
