Gotta wait for the weekend for super bowl
The place was pretty clean for the most part. Cleaning service did miss a few things that they could have taken care of. For me and my group , there could have been a little bit more supplies there for us to use this as an airbnb more like home. One of my pip was when it came to showering and with their supplied for us was not the most healthy and clean. Some people do bring their own supplies & towers. I felt they should supply that in a better condition there on the day that I came. I guess it's due to the organiz and clearness that I have. Maybe this may not be a problem to some people may not complain about this or not. I felt I shouldn't have to go out and buy supplies because there was not enough there. For the most part I enjoy that weekend.

Clean and convenient
Myself and my adult friends stayed here during the NFR. The price was great. The furnishings were adequate but nothing fancy. I would suggest renting a car if you are making daily multiple trips to the strip as I spent another $500 in Uber fees. The owner was great to deal with and I would stay here again if in Vegas. Location was very safe and close to grocery etc.

Perfect rental
This was an outstanding rental for our family. Great house, great safe neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes away from the strip and close to local shopping. The home was spacious and had almost everything we needed for a great stay! The owner was responsive and accommodating!

Quiet, clean, and perfect!
The house is beautiful! Matthew is a responsive and helpful host! We had a low key bachelorette weekend and needed a home away from the craziness of the strip—the Vegas Pad was perfect. It’s not far from shopping centers so we were able to grab last minute items. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, so coming back from partying on the strip, and knocking out in a comfy peaceful space was AMAZING. We were able to play games, take naps, and just watch movies in the spacious living room. This is the best place ever; we will definitely be staying here again for future friend outings!

The place is nice
This house is really beautiful, but there was a few minor issues. For starters when my family and I arrived there was a dirty pair of socks in the middle of the living room. An than as the day goes by, we noticed that the couch had crumbs on it still. I go to cook and as I’m pulling out utensils they’re STILL dirty with food on them. The second day we are there and the backlight of the tv went out, so there was no longer a working tv in the house. I did contact the host that wasn’t his fault nothing he could do, but we were out of tv for the weekend which sucked because it was the ONLY tv in the house. Other than that very peaceful neighborhood, everything is near by!

We came for a baseball tournament. We had three teenagers and four adults. Plenty of room. Ate at the house and saved a ton of money!
