This newly renovated home is just meters from the World Famous Sand Dunes that Lancelin is known for. A short 4 minute walk to the North end Bay Beach and 6 minute walk to the stunning views from Lancelin's newly renovated 3 Emus Restuarant/ Lancelins Sands Hotel.
Open plan living and newly renovated kitchen, bathroom and toilet has been renovated also as well as all new flooring throughout.
There is a second shower in the outhouse Laundry to wash off those sandy toes from the beautiful beaches.
The Lucious lawn out the back is great for the kids to run off some energy and when the sun goes down on those cool nights there's an open fire pit out the back to chill out and enjoy and great BBQ out back.
Plenty of parking out the front for those trailers or boats.

A little slice of heaven!
After leaving the wettest winter on record in the UK it was a joy to spend a few days in Lancelin at this super house. It is very well equipped with everything you could need to help your stay. The sunsets from the lookout over Lancelin Island are wonderful (and made better with a bottle of bubbles! 😉). The beaches are great with beautiful white sand.
Communication with the host was excellent.
We would highly recommend this house. When we come back we want to stay at least a week!!

A nice little place
We stayed as two couples with 3 young kids. The house was perfect for a weekend away. The yard was great for the kids to run around and the house was neat and tidy.

Beautiful home away from home
The pictures on the website and description are exactly what you will get in this beautiful house. Clean and tidy, plenty of space for 2 mums and 4 kids. Location was awesome, short walk to the beach and pub. Host was quick on replies and informative with any questions we had. We had a great time, thank you so much xx

Perfect weekend get away
We stayed at Erin’s place for two nights for my partners birthday. The place has the perfect location, directly across from the sand dunes and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is spacious and clean. We made use of the outdoor area and the barbecue was an added bonus! Over-all a really great stay and the other guests were very happy!
