*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
Enter on the ground level into a bright entryway. A doorway leads to the game room, & a half bathroom.
Cook to your heart's content in the sunny kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, bar and table seating. A beautiful living room boasts cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace set among intricate stonework. Take in the greenery of the mountainside from a wood deck off the living room.
A covered hot tub sits outside the master bedroom on a private deck—indulge, relax, and take in the pines, clear skies, and open air.
Please note this multi level home has many stairs between each and every floor. Parking is very limited, you will only fit 2 cars in the garage & 3 in the driveway. There is no street parking.

Prepare for stairs!
Luckily everybody in our group is young and fit because, while this is a beautiful house and a convenient location, you will constantly find yourself going up and down stairs. It was almost comical, and it became a joke within our group, but you literally have to climb stairs to get to light switches in the living room or just going between the kitchen and the living room, so please just make sure you’re prepared for that. While the house was generally quite clean (linens, towels, kitchen, etc), my group did find a dirty sock in the billiards area and that sort of made us wonder how thoroughly the rest of the house had actually been cleaned. The property management here was great; we couldn’t operate the living room fireplace, and they came out to resolve the issue within 15 minutes all with a friendly attitude. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I’d have to make sure everybody in the group is prepared for some cardio.

La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy grande la verdad que disfrutamos mucho . Solo que no hay azador y el colchón de las camas es muy muy suave y suenan mucho hace falta ajustarlas . Pero no n general muy bien .

Great house & location but the neighbors are no joke
The house is in a great location and the views of the sky at night were insane but the reviews about the neighbors are not lying. The minute it turned “quiet hours” the cops were called on us. The police man who came out to the property said he couldn’t even hear us until he came around the back of the house. It also sounded like it was a known issue in the area with these neighbors. Probably Wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone unless we were coming with a quiet group. Also be prepared for multiple flights of stairs, but wasn’t an issue for our group.

Multi family trip
We had 2 families with many tweens and it was a perfect home with lots of space and rooms to accommodate. The deck is a beautiful place to see the night sky. The lake is beautiful and it was close to Zephyr Beach and not too far from Sand Harbor.
Just make sure to take note of the many, many steps. They were the center of our conversations at dinner 😊

We enjoyed our stay overall
The location of the property is beautiful! There were way more stairs in the house than we thought there would be. With two toddlers, that was challenging. Also couldn't get most of the tv's to work, even when following the instructions left at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice because we cooked and ate several meals at home. The hot tub was amazing.

Was charged full price for an extra night, although were snowed in
We had to stay an extra night b/c we were snowed in due to the 1.5 foot of snow that fell yet were charged full price for that extra night (event thou the house was not already booked). Would be thoughful and empathetic if we had a little discount on that extra's night charge.

Great Stay!
The house was surprisingly large with many stairs and decks leading out of various rooms. We could comfortably fit everyone, the house was very clean, and the hot tub was warm and working when we arrived. There were a few minor issues but they didn't bother us too much and were shared with management. Would have been great to have the heat more adjustable, it was slightly cold at times. The kitchen was well stocked, which was convenient for cooking, and the game room was a bonus we made good use of. When it snows there aren't shovels, so be prepared to seek help!

Great time
The house is big with a lot of rooms for everyone. It has a unique set up with a lot of stairs. We had great time. Pool table was the hit. It’s close to everything. It had some flaws, but hey who cares we had great staying in. The temperature was kinda set up on 69 which is cold for Tahoe winter. we couldn’t bring it up. Wi-Fi and Tv didn’t work. The jacuzzi wasn’t ready when we arrived. We turned it on ourselves, it got ready the next morning. Other than that our stay was great.
