I arranged an airport pick up for an early arrival 1am. There was no - one at the airport to pick me up. My mobile was unfortunately not working and I spend 2 hrs until some let me use their phone at a cost. Apparently the contact person that was supposed to pick me up was not on duty. I had to wait a further 20 minutes for someone else to to collect me. Very poor service.

Before checking in I had made a request to have a rollaway bed in my room. Upon checking in the front desk confidently said the rollaway was already in my room. When we got to the room it wasn’t there. It took housekeeping over an hour to finally bring the bed. Then there was the case of ordering room service, it took about 5 calls before someone answered the phone. Staff claimed it was because other ppl called the phone. Then at 3am when we were about to take my niece to the airport, we needed a bellman to come help with the 5 luggage. We called the same customer service reception and no one answered the phone. What if it was an emergency? So dangerous. I finally went down with two luggage to go yell, I saw the phone guy sleeping through the glass office. I was so angry. The front desk face done excuse that the guy took medication, why is your staff working if they are sick? This hotel was a favorite because I love Amani spa, but I will never suggest it to anyone. It’s mediocre service, and there needs to be proper training for the staff.

There is no Netflix in the rooms, although it’s stated on Expedia. Asides this, be sure to enjoy your stay at this Hotel. I’ll fully recommend this to anyone

Waste of time and money and I regret ever booking here. Lack of customer Service was one of the most painful part of the experience for me. They never answer their calls and ignore emails. PS get new beds and clean your dirty carpets

Horrible customer service! hard to reach them and when you finally do they ignore you and offer no assistance. To add on top of that the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, full of lumps. Food was full of salt, overpriced and not worth it. Save your time and money and go to the one on the Island as they know how to treat people are offer top tier service and actually care about people.

OK, but could do better
On the face of it, it looked initially really good. One issue, though: the hand-shower wand had fallen onto the shower cubicle floor and cracked at the base (I swear I didn't do it). The material the hand wand was made of was cheap--Chinese, I'm sure. I forgot to report the broken hand wand, but, for the management, the room was 605 if you want to take a look. In 2021, it's time to get rid of carpets in hotels! Even though this one did have carpets that APPEARED clean, quite frankly, carpets are kind of gross. The reason is that people track dirt in, and if you look at a carpet under the microscope, you'll see dust mites and dust mite droppings, which can cause allergic reactions. Wood or tile floors are the way to go, both in the hallway and rooms. The BEST hotels I've stayed in (like Kempinski) have wood floors. There were body and face towels but no washcloths. No suitcase caddy (to rest your suitcase on.) So nothing major, but for a hotel with that kind of name worldwide, it could be better. Sorry, I didn't bother to take pics--I was exhausted after traveling from the US!

A very enjoyable stay
This is the 4th time I have stayed here. In the past it was on business but this was a vacation trip. The staff are overall very professional, polite and helpful. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Very much enjoyed the swimming pool. They also have live music on the weekends which is great. Overall the food is quite good. Seems a bit expensive and they often seem to be out of things on the menu however, overall it was good and service was usually very good. This is a great hotel as far as the set up of the building, excellent pool, nice fitness center, multiple options for dining. The drivers are always excellent. They take all of the Covid precautions very seriously as well.

Too expensive for the service and condition
Stayed at this facility twice checknin the first time took more than 2 hours. The 2nd time, check in was on time but was done by a rude staff who kept dismissing my concerns. The suite i stayed in had a leaky roof which was not addressed. Complimentary breakfast was also only for 1 in a 3 bedroom suite

The rooms are cozy enough. There's a musty odor in the hallways that is an absolute killer. The restaurant is good and I love the Buffett. I wish though that sometimes they can have a non buffet menu for those days that You don’t feel like Buffy food. Also sometimes it gets very rowdy in the restaurant and sometimes in the grounds and I hope they can improve the noise levels.

Terrible services with the house keeping...very poor, waited almost 6 hours for tissues and towels. Overall Unsupervised cleaning work. Doesnt change towels, replace tissues and bed sheets after cleaning. not worth it. Booking is Expensive from this website. Please compare your price with other sites. Guess bc i was in Nigeria already thats why this site came popping up. You can do better or match prices. Thank u

The experience was indeed superb. First class hotel in service and accommodation. The rooms were clean and the members were excellent. Will definitely be back. Almost forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning crew, actually went back and left something. That’s how good I thought they were.
