I stayed here during the COVID-19 crisis. It’s the best place in Kyoto for a long term stay. Great location, kitchenette, washing machine, close to everything. The staff is excellent, and it is in new condition.

Great hotel for extended stay, It has A large room with small kitchenette. Great location, it’s a 3 minute walk to Gojo station, and a 20 minute walk to Kyoto station. It’s comfortable and clean. It has a bit of an institutional feel, like a dorm. It’s built for high traffic. You can hear clomping from above, but not voices. It’s very affordable. I really like it because I a am staying in Kyoto for awhile, and the large room with kitchenette is perfect for me. There are also two grocery stores within 10 minutes, a minimart across the street, and a McDonald’s 5 minutes away. There are many other Japanese dining options available too.

Nice budget hotel in the heart of Kyoto
Good budget hotel that's in a nice location. There's very little staff, it has the feel of booking an apartment on airbnb. The rooms are big, definitely apartment sized. Comes with a bathroom, small kitchen and a bedroom. All in all, you get a lot for a very good price!

What a great hotel. Location in Kyoto was great, right next to the subway and bus stop which we were able to use to get everywhere we wanted to go. The room was easily twice the size of the other rooms we stayed in while in Japan, and had a stove, a wash basin, and washing machine. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here while in Kyoto.

Super clean facility, very helpful and courteous staff. Good speed WiFi and tV and also a computer. Some basic amenities like iron, toaster and crockery in the room would be good. There’s kettle in the room, would be great if some tea bags, creamer and sugar was placed as well. Overall would love to stay again. Thanks

Great hotel in Kyoto
This hotel was almost perfect! It’s in a great location and has everything you’d want in the room including laundry and a microwave. The only things that was slightly annoying were the lack of wall sockets, and no light next to the bed, but the good definitely outweighed those two tiny negatives.

Highly recommended!
We were a bit sceptical regarding the hotel, but it really exceeded our expectations. The rooms there are pretty big ( we had one double and one twin), the staff is very friendly and helpful, and location is perfect. The room has also a kitchenette with a micro and an electric cooktop. The set of dishes can be rented for extra 5$. In addition, each room has a washeling machine with built in dryer, which is very useful for tourists. Fresco Supermarket is just a few minutes walking, and another small shop is around the corner.

Wonderful service at check-in and check-out. Well-located property about midway between main rail station and Gion area- walkable to both. Clean comfortable rooms with door between sleeping area and kitchen area. Kitchenette includes a washing machine. (Can hang dry clothes using heater in shower area.) There is no daily housekeeping, but can place trash and used linens in hall outside for replacement as needed.

Nice Hotel Within 3-min Walk to Gojo Station
Check-in desk only opens from 9am-5pm so if you check-in/-out outside of this hours you’ll be given special instructions so don’t worry. The hotel room we stayed in is quite spacious. Has washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, cooker hobs (you’ll have to rent the pans though). There’s a free smartphone provided so you could make free international (selected locations only) and local calls as well as use Google Map as you’re allowed to bring it out. There’s also a PC inside the room which you can use!

オートロックのマンションを改造した感じのホテルで、セキュリティーも良いし部屋もキレイでした。1Kの部屋でキッチンがあり、お風呂もトイレもキレイ。地下鉄五条駅の直ぐ側でアクセスも良かった。値段も安かったしすごく良かったです。

ほぼ1Kマンションです。お部屋は綺麗で、キッチンツールも清潔でした。コート掛けにピンチハンガーもあり、長期滞在に向いてそうです。目の前にミニストップがあって便利でした。

パジャマ無いのが残念
部屋の清潔さ、広さなど、宿泊費から考えるとコストパフォーマンスが良く、満足です。 難を言うと、テレビが小さく、PC画面兼用だったことと、パジャマやガウンが無く、またボディー洗い用のスポンジ類が無いのが残念でした。 手軽に、荷物を減らして出かけ、利用する事は難しいところでした。

It's like a small studio which the kitchen and washing machine is included. The room is clean and very quiet. However it takes almost 20 mins walking from Kyoto station, and the nearest subway station is 7~8 mins.

建物は新築の学生向けワンルームと同じ。設備、サービスともほぼ最高。3000円でこれは安すぎる。場所は京都駅から歩いて15分以内。四条烏丸まで歩いて5分程度。すぐ近くにコンビニがあり、コメダ、吉野家も至近。風呂にテレビまでついていた。

受付は、とても丁寧な対応で説明も分かりやすかったです。 タオルや歯ブラシの備品類が滞在日数分、既に部屋に用意してありました。 中間清掃・ベッドメイキングが無く、長期滞在では部屋に荷物を出しておきたい自分としてはこのシステムは大変ありがたかったです。

スタッフは昼間しかいないので、旅なれた人向けのホテルだと思います。 部屋は広めだし、キッチン洗濯機もあり、長期滞在者には重宝。
