Great location. A lot of tourists, but once the buses leave it is great to stay the night and enjoy the area. Beautiful view of the river and friendly staff.

Great place to stay
Great place. Older but well kept hotel. Excellent staff and delicious japanese breakfast. Great location minutes walk from Togetsu-kyo bridge. Spacious room & plentiful amenities. Bathroom and toilet are small though.

Wanted a hotel near Arashiyama monkey park and bamboo grove for some hiking. The hotel is small but was clean and the room was very comfortable. The bed was soft and the air conditioning worked great. Room had a great view of the water. The staff, while they didn’t speak English, were very friendly and carried my suitcase upstairs and downstairs for me. They’re putting in an elevator next year. I’d definitely stay again.

직원 매우 친절하고 호텔 창을 통해 보이는 뷰가 훌륭함. 엘리베이터가 없음. 룸안의 화장실 문턱이 높음. 화장실변기가 작아 대단히 불편한 것이 단점.

エレベーターなく駐車場は遠いけれど、それ以外はとても快適でした。
到着してからエレベーターが無いことを知りましたが、荷物を３階まで運んでもらえたので助かりました。 部屋の窓からの景色はとても良かったですし、朝ごはんも京都らしい和風でよかったです。スタッフの対応もよかったです。 駐車場はホテルから離れていて、阪急嵐山駅の前でした。 近くの温泉の割引券をもらって、温泉にも浸かり満足した宿泊でした。

エレベーターがないのは困ったと思いましたが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さいました。 部屋のカーテンを開けたら渡月橋が目の前で、あまりにも素晴らしい景色に驚きました。予想以上でした。 とても癒されました。

嵐山滞在にベストチョイスです！お部屋から渡月橋が見られる贅沢♪
普段は日帰りしがちな嵐山に、2泊しました。結論は大正解! 早朝に散歩し、誰もいない竹林の小道を、十分堪能、写真も沢山撮れました。仁和寺の御室桜も嵐電で混み合う時間の前に訪れることができました。 こちらのホテル、素晴らしいです。お部屋からは目の前に渡月橋、こんな贅沢はないと思いました。 スタッフの皆さんも感じ良く親切でした。 また、すぐ近くに日帰り温泉があり、ホテル割引半額で楽しめました。 お部屋も清潔そのもの、装飾もシンプルで快適でした。ただ、まだ使えるスリッパや、石鹸が交換されていたのが、もったいないなと感じました。 エレベーターがないので、ご年配の方は2階がよろしいかもしれませんが、眺望重視の方は3階希望された方がよいですよ。荷物の上げ下ろし、スタッフにお願いもできます。ちなみに4階は喫煙okの部屋だそうです。 桜の季節も重なり、素晴らしいひとときでした。やはりホテルの良し悪し、旅行の思い出に影響しますね。 ホテル嵐山にステイして本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！
