This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience ever, i reached at the apartment lobby at 2.30pm on 31/12/18 (as check in time is 3pm) expecting to collect our room card.
However, when we reached, there were nobody to guide us through. We checked with the Apartment management, they told us there are no such name as Am Service Suites in their list.
So i called the phone no (016-2801180) as stated in our Booking Confirmation, the person (sound like foreigner) keep on asked us to on hold. After more than 20 minutes of idling, i decided to call back and the person at the other end of phone told us there has been a MISTAKE done by EXPEDIA. He claimed that EXPEDIA never send him any confirmation to him, although EXPEDIA did send me the confirmation.
He told us THERE WERE NO ROOM reserved for me. I wanted to meet this guy to show our booking confirmation and receipt of our payment, the guy doesn't want to show up.
However, as soon as he hanged up my phone, there was another person (also a foreigner with same country of origin) approached us offering room available but at TRIPLE (x3) the price i already booked with EXPEDIA.
I felt cheated and i suspect these people were working as a team to SCAM people.
So i decided to lodge a POLICE REPORT at the Head Quatters of Police of Malaysia.
