Dear Magdalena, Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay with us.W are very sorry to see the quality of your stay was not as good as you may have expected. We would like to address the downsides you pointed out. The neighboring venue won't stop operating, however we have an agreement with them that in case the music is too loud we can contact them anytime and they will react. The water pump you mentioned is crucial for the hydraulic system to work and we have the quietest one in the market installed. We also supply earplugs in all apartments.To sum up, our apartments in Feniks location are not perfect for light sleepers, however we believe that these inconveniences are small price to pay for staying in the beating heart of the city. It saddens us that you rated us so low and could't find any good sides of your stay. Nevertheless your comments have been taken on board and we will implement all possible measures to ensure our Guests have comfortable stay and good night sleep. All the best,
