Located in one of the newer condominium developments in downtown Knoxville, this bright condo has space for up to six people and consists of a queen-size master bedroom as well as a queen-size guest bedroom with full-size roll out trundle below. The living area features a comfortable sofa with TV and WiFi internet, a small coffee table, and fully-equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated and furnished, feel at home in our vacation rental.

You will have the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen, free parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Great Place in a Great Location
This place was amazing! The location is the best part of it with almost anything you need within reasonable walking distance. The inside was clean and all amenities were provided for the duration of our stay. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in the Knoxville area.
