Location:
The house is located at 308 Killington Rd., Killington, VT 05751, just a few minutes from Killington main lodge and all mountain amenities. The free ski shuttle stops right in front of the house for a convenient commute if you prefer not to drive or walk. Killington Road or Access road as it is called by locals is in the middle of everything Killington has to offer, including 200+ ski trails of diverse terrain, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, legendary night-life, fine dining, and so much more.

The Heavenly house:
This smart house comes equipped with brand new high-end appliances, gas fireplace, state of the art home automation system, and a large seven-person hot tub in the backyard! The house is two story, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, two units duplex and you may go between both units via inside or decks outside. This is perfect for large group and two families traveling together or putting the kids on one floor and the adults on the other. No expense was spared when constructing this beautiful, energy efficient, home with top of the line finishing’s and cathedral ceilings. The house is Green/Energy efficient with super insulated walls, smart sensors, LED lighting, and a powerful priority zone boiler ensuring you never run out of hot water. The house also has a triple stage active carbon water filtration system providing the purest deep well water accessible so you can enjoy the best tasting water, coffee, and tea. It was just constructed in 2016 and sits on a 1 acre property, which provides private parking for over ten cars. The house also has two decks and balcony, perfect for entertaining guests.

The Experience:
Brilliantly designed and exceptionally decorated, the house provides ample space for entertaining. The property managers paid special attention to even the smallest of details so guests can experience supreme convenience and comfort. The home is decorated with a great blend of modern and traditional ski house furniture/furnishings, including: private outside ski storage closet, electronic ski boot dryer with bench, gas fireplace, 60 inch LED TVs with FireTV, Alexa personal voice assistant, FireTV, Amazon video & music, iHeart Radio, Netflix, games, many digital channels, karaoke machine with large selection of songs or use your own library and other entertainment options, audiophile quality sound system and a custom built 10 seat wood dining table (handmade by a New York artisan).

The Space:
The house is a two family house and divided into two fully functional units with separate kitchens, living, bathrooms, bedrooms and decks. Units are connected by large foyer and stairs inside the house. Please note: This listing is for both the UPPER and LOWER level of our duplex home. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless

Annual ski weekend
This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at Alex’s place. We have only great things to say. The house is perfect for a group with a large open living space upstairs. Having two kitchens was great when cooking for a bigger group. The house is a short 5 min drive to the mountain. Alex is quick to respond as well, although we didn’t need much since the house is set up so well. We will definitely be back next year!

Overall had a very great experience at the property. The listing was accurate and the place was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The owner was also very responsive and gave us tips about skiing conditions at Killington and let us know how the snow plow process would work for the property since there was a chance of large snow accumulation.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and put together. Plenty a room for my friends and family. The karaoke machine was a hit. It was awesome having two kitchens. For some reason I thought there was a pool table and game room but there isn’t just for a heads up! Super easy to check in and extremely easy to check out. The owners were very easy to get a hold of an answered within minutes. Extremely happy with my stay!!!

Alex’s house was a great place for a group of 8-14 people to gather and relax after a day of skiing. The house’s living room(s) were spacious and comfortable. Alex himself was extremely helpful the whole way- he texted back details and answers to my questions almost the minute I sent them. Moreover, one of our group members left their glasses at his house- Alex was kind enough to go through the house and find them himself. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Killington, 100% stay here.
