Amazing VIEWS of 3 Islands from this FULL oceanfront beach condo located in South Kihei. If you want the best...this is it! Royal Mauian Resort #316

Watch whales (in season) and turtles feeding on the snorkeling reef from the private lanai.

The Royal Mauian was built on a lava flow with long sandy beaches on each side. These are 2 of Maui's most beautiful beaches, Kamaole I and II. A one minute walk from our Unit to either beach or to the fresh water pool.

Furnished with upgraded amenities not usually found in a rental unit. We renovated and furnished our unit for our families enjoyment. It is decorated in Tropical Island Style. Kitchen features maple cabinetry and granite counters, as do the bathrooms. a 32' LCD TV in the master bedroom. NEW 50' TV in Living Room. The condo can accommodate 5 persons nicely with NEW (12/23) queen sofa bed in living room.

Tropical furnishings and art make this Unit as memorable as your Maui vacation. Children will love the large container of sand toys and beach equipment, including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach mats, ice chests and terry cloth covers for the pool lounges. . . You will also find games, puzzles and a collection of our grandson's favorite videos, plus 3 sets of Binoculars for lanai viewing.

You will find spices in the cupboards, Irish crystal wine glasses, Mr. Coffee, waffle iron, coffee grinder, toaster, baking pans and dishes, mixer and blender to make your stay 'feel like home'.

Fall asleep listening to ocean sounds and watch the passing lights in the ocean view Master Suite. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets each night. The middle section location of our unit in the building allows a wide-angle view of the ocean's beauty. We want you to return again and again to enjoy 'Our Maui Paradise'.
We have "comfy" chairs on the lanai, to entice you to relax and enjoy, meals, cocktails, watching the turtles on the reef or just enjoying the ever changing scenes of the ocean in front. During whale season they will entertain you with their antics, and you might be lucky enough to experience a birthing on the reef. We have seen many through the years.

A unique feature is the Roof Garden, with 360 degree views, featuring gas BBQ, tables and a complete kitchen for evening dining. It is also available for private time during the day. A furnished picnic basket makes roof top dining easy.

We are very family friendly, and have a Pack 'N Play
for the comfort and safety of our toddler guests.

Beautiful views

The location was great, nestled between 2 beaches. Saw turtles swimming and sunbathing on the rocks every day, saw whales from the lanai, perfect sunset views. Enjoyed the evening breeze and listening to the ocean while we slept. Condo is a little on the small side, but honestly we didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring all the beauty of Maui during the day. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners communication was above and beyond expectations.

This location is great! We enjoyed whale-watching from the lanai and snorkeling from nearby Kamaole II. The property is well-maintained and this condo is well-stocked with chairs, etc. for beach time.

This property is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the ocean and beaches right from the lanai. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and homey- it’s our second stay in the same unit and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Maui!

This condo was spectacular!! So comfortable, clean, and falling asleep listening to the waves was the best. Right in between Kam 1 and Kam 2...doesnt get much more convenient than that! We'd stay here again and again!!!

Wonderful stay in a great location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s in a perfect location, right in the middle of all of the Kihei beaches, shops and restaurants. It’s right on the water with amazing, unobstructed views of the ocean, West Maui, and neighboring islands. Lucy is an attentive and gracious host who provides a wealth of helpful information about the property as well as all the attractions in the area.

Excellent Location

Excellent location, close to great swimming and snorkeling, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Health food store across the street had a great variety of foods. Unit had everything we needed. Awesome to go to sleep to the sound of the the surf, and we made sure we were on the lanai for every sunset.

Second time - loved our stay

This was our second time at Lucy's. I can't state how much we love staying here. Perfect sunrise and sunsets on the balcony. We can see turtles from the balcony too. And the waves lull you to sleep every night.

Amazing location

My family had a great time staying here for our vacation. The sunsets were amazing and every morning we drank coffee out on the lanai and watched the turtles. The beach and pool are right downstairs and it was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. The host Lucy was also great and provided very useful tips and information about the area. We would definitely come back!

Awesome place!

The location was ideal - right on the water, across the street from some good, casual dining options. Beautiful views from the lanai (yes, we saw whales from there, too!). Snorkeling out front was great - saw 5 turtles on our first day. Could also see the turles from the lanai. Lucy was fantastic to work with (thanks for everything).

Great location in Maui

This property was a great location to explore all sides of the island. It has the appearance of an older property, but was still very clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again. The ocean views are spectacular and we all enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony. The beach, which is right next door, was great for the kids. The owner provided lots of helpful information about places to visit during the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at Lucy's in September. Check in process was easy and Lucy allowed us to have a late check out at 8 p.m. for a fee. The main bedroom faces the ocean and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just looking at the ocean. The condo is also very close to Kamaole I and Kamaole II beaches - we enjoyed wonderful sunsets on these beaches. We would love to come back here every year if we could.

Gorgeous view

The balcony is worth the price of admission! I spent so much time there relaxing and watching the sunset. Clean and well stocked. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The only drawback is a lack of air conditioning. It was fine while I was there but I think it could get quite hot in the summer.

Oceanfront / Great Location

Enjoyed the sunsets and waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean. Nice grass area and pool in the back next to the ocean with the convenience of small shops and restaurants within walking distance from the front. Loved the location, we went to restaurants, shopping and activities just a mile or two north as well as one to two miles south in the Wailea area. Communication with the property manager was excellent. It was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms next to the ocean and in a central location as we like to see and experience Maui and not just sit at a resort. Would stay again
