Just steps from the beach, escape to one of Kiawah's most desirable streets, Flyway Drive! This private homesite is nestled on almost an acre of lush landscaping in the Osprey Beach neighborhood.

This spectacular 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home offers upscale finishes, quality furnishings, and ample space for friends and family, including an outdoor kitchen, private saltwater pool, and spacious pool deck with lounge chairs and dining table. It's the perfect home for families, friends, golf and tennis groups, and many more!

As you enter the home on the main floor, the formal living room is to your right. Ahead, the main living space is ideal for large groups with new furnishings, TV, WIFI, and complete with wet bar.

The owners suite offers a king size bed, comfortable bedding, TV, and private bathroom that includes double sink vanity, walk in closet, and luxurious jet tub and separate shower.

The dining room allows for seating up to 8 and offers the perfect place for a family meal.

The well appointed kitchen offers a center island, tons of prep space, and is stocked with plenty of kitchenware, cooking tools, and smaller appliances. There is a coffee/tea bar, large pantry, and dining table.

There is a laundry room with two washers and dryers, drop zone, and a full size bathroom - perfect spot to rinse off after a dip in the ocean or pool.

An outdoor kitchen, pool, and pool deck extend the living spaces for year-round enjoyment.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms. One bedroom has an office space with queen size bed and private full size bathroom. This room allows access to the second story rear facing balcony.

The second bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, and access to a front facing balcony.

There are two more bedrooms that are connected by a full size bathroom -Jack and Jill situated. One bedroom includes a king size bed with TV that shares access with the second story rear facing balcony. The adjoining bedroom offers two double beds with TV.

The third floor is the perfect kids retreat that includes 4 twin size beds with storage, TV, and full size bathroom.

The pool can be heated for a non-refundable fee of $400. You’ll need to give 72 hour advance notice prior to arrival should you decide to have the pool heated.

No smoking and no pets allowed. The home is equipped with some beach and pool accessories. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI/internet, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, and detergents.

As a guest you will receive:

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach).

We were a family of 15 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The amenities and the layout of the home were perfect for our family. It was particularly nice to have the pool as an option as well as the close proximity of the beach. The property manager was readily available for any additional needs. This is a beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean house. The location is great as it is very near a boardwalk entrance to the beach. My husband and I, my two kids and four grandkids all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Flyway is a beautiful, spacious home with lots of privacy for our families. The host, Caroline, was a gem to work with if we had questions or issues. Being near the ocean with accessible access was a big plus.

The home was everything described in the listing. Great location, heated pool, bikes, excellent living space, and very clean. Very much enjoyed the few days we stayed over new years with a nice 1.5 mile walk in either direction to the sanctuary or ocean course.

The house was beautiful just like shown on the website. The pool is small but very nice. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the pool. Overall the property is top notch. Only suggestion is to maybe make available several luggage racks in the house.

This house was perfect for our reunion of old college friends gathered together to celebrate a big birthday. There were twelve of us and the house had plenty of room for us — bedrooms, bathrooms, dining areas and sitting spots. The deck was wonderful and the beach was just a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and this house was a big reason. We loved it!

House was great: 1) pictures/listing very accurately represent the house. 2) common spaces were great for our relatively large party 3) location was 5-7 minute walk from beach Caroline Roberts, the contact point was superb. Some friends and I rented this house for a quick weekend getaway and we could not have been more impressed! The house was immaculate and there was tons of room for us to hangout. Communication with the host prior to our stay and during our stay was quick and friendly. Caroline was so amazing and helpful! The house was pristine and there were so many amenities to make our stay even better! We are already talking about coming back for a longer stay!

I highly recommend this house. We had a great stay and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. The house is very comfortable with many areas to hang out. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. The home is very private. The owner is very responsive and took great care of us. The house was about a 1 minute walk to the beach path and that area of the beach had very few people.

The house was perfect for our family trip; it was bigger and better than expected. We had more than enough space to spread out but also spend quality time together. The kids spent almost all day, every day in the pool. There was an abundance of towels/kitchen items for a large group The location was perfect with a quick and easy walk to the beach. Caroline (property manager) was very helpful. The only downside is that It was disappointing to get an email 3 days before our stay that it would cost $400 to heat the pool (it was not in the listing when we made our reservation). (coffee pot is a Keurig)

The property was terrific, especially if you have a large family or want to share with multiple couples. Great amenities including smart tv's , keurig coffee maker, and 7-8 bikes. There's a large pantry area and plenty of sitting room. The pool is right off of the screened in patio that includes a gas grill which we used nightly,. A/C kept the house very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and even shorter bike ride. If there was anything to improve, the house would benefit by a second refrigerator, even if in the garage. I've been visiting Kiawah for over 30 years. Overall, this was one of my favorite places

This home was perfect for our large three generation family. It was probably the cleanest home in our 27 years of renting with VRBO! Caroline (manager) was helpful and addressed any needs or issues we had. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and herbs. Thanks for the two slow cookers and Keurig. The flatware was plentiful and heavy (if you have rented other homes, you know how flimsy and sparse some homes’ supplies are). The bed linens and towels were luxurious. Numerous beach towels too!! The pool was perfect and the deck always partially in the shade, which is wonderful in the hot SC summer. The nearby beach was perfect, flat, sandy and not crowded. Bikes and beach chairs added to our comfort and carefree week. This was a Perfect week in Kiawah.
