The location of the hotel was excellent. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The offered excellent choices. The room was nice. The bed was a box spring and did not have a mattress on top.

The receptionists were very polite. However upon checking into the room, noticed that the room looks dull and aged. Stains are found in the toilet corners which it can be improved. The lift is small and slow. Good thing is it's near the train station.

The location was good as it's very close to a metro station making it convenient to get anywhere in Kaohsiung cheaply without the use of taxis. However, the room and hallway stank of cigarettes and it took an hour to have my room changed upon check in. The hallways still constantly had cigarette smells for the whole duration of my stay and I saw someone lighting a cigarette in their room with the door open but the hotel staff did nothing to stop him. Further, the staff don't speak English and for those that do, they aren't very proficient even on basics. Upon speaking Mandarin to them and asking for advice or directions, they were also not helpful and only directed us to taxis and said they didn't know.

The room I was originally given was old and shabby. It was in the 'elegant' section. For an extra 500 Taiwanese dollars, I was able to upgrade to the 'chic' section which was a complete transformation, with a modern room and modern amenities. Well worth the extra to upgrade!

The staff was so friendly & helpful. The room is spacious & clean. But there is not in a location with many tourists spots / shopping area. Great for a quiet stay.

因隔壁房的客人在半夜裏發出騷擾的聲音,酒店即時派員去視察情況及了解 另外因為要早起參加一日遊,酒店幫忙我們,安排了計程車,能準時到達目的地集合 另外因為行李箱的輪子壞了,酒店也幫忙安排計程車,讓我們前往修理行李箱的商廣店! 上述的安排及服務很貼心,讓我們感到非常滿意!

床很硬，吹風機很弱

2 mins walk form the subway station, very convenient location. Hygiene is excellent. One down point is the pillow is too soft and neck can't be fully supported.

櫃台人員不是很親切, 也沒說明退房時間, 是隔天吃早餐時我自己問飯店餐廳的人員的! 清潔度可以, 但冷氣溫度調整是沒用的, 根本中央空調控制, 沒作用~ 浴室的設計不良, 很容易整間浴室都是濕的~ 早餐種類多元, 而且好吃!
