On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. You will find a couple of loungers on the terrace. There are two not-detached villas within this type. There is also a standard variation of the 4-pers. detached villa (NL-4493-112).
