Decent Stay with a few issues
Overall the property fit all of our needs. The location was great, and it had all of the ammenities (as promised). We would stay there again.
However, there were a few issues:
1. Check-in Process: Upon arrival the security code that was provided to us didn't work. We contacted the number the host provided, only to find out they didn't know either. They re-directed us, and another person called us back with a different code. We dealt with the same issue with regards to the wifi.
2. Ants: although not a major problem, it did speak to the cleanliness of the property and issues with potential cracks in the walls or gaps in the sliding door.
3. Maintenance Person: One afternoon, we returned to the apartment to find that the maintenance person had just come out of the apartment we were staying. He mentioned that he was there to fix a few issues. My issue is that he went into the apartment without our notification, that is unacceptable. At the least, we should have been notified that a maintenance person was going to be coming by. It felt like a violation of our privacy.
