Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on North Shore, with Turtle Bay golf course views!


You will enjoy relaxing in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course at the Turtle Bay Resort! Beautiful golf course views with ocean view right past the golf course. You may even see some horses grazing in the distance! Gated entry to the Kuilima Estates West and on site security guards. Comes with one assigned parking stall. Also has guest stalls. Complex is on the bus route so if you don't have a rental car you can still access the resort! This is a fully furnished home with towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! There is even a washer & dryer in the unit if needed! You may purchase groceries in Foodland store located near Waimea bay or in Laie town. There is a nice restaurant at the golf clubhouse/store that is walking distance.
This home is about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
The home is on the second floor (no elevator) which allows for better views and faces the ocean. The living area has a large Smart TV, Split AC, opens to a covered lanai. The main bedroom has a very nice King size bed, large closet, flat screen tv, AC, fan, lamps. The loft bedroom has two full size beds, fan, lamp and Split AC. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft has a shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave hood, refrigerator with ice maker & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and Krueig single serve coffee maker, blender. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There are ice chests, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets & pickleball paddles for your use. The complex has 3 swimming pools for your use, tennis/pickleball courts. You may also rent bikes, horses, surf boards, golf equipment at the hotel area or in Haleiwa.

Perfect location to explore the North Shore

This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 5 to explore the North Shore for a few days. Condo is spacious and clean and equipped with all you could ask for: snorkling gear, skim boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.It is located centrally so you can call it a home base to explore La'ie and the PCC on one side and all the great beaches on the other side.Although we stayed 4 nights, we did not have enough time to take advantage of all this location has to offer, like tennis, pickleball, and more.Jo Ann was great when it came to communicating info about check-in, check-out, and answering all of our other questions.I highly recommend it, and we will rent again when staying at the North Shore.

Perfect!

The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.

Great House on North Shore

We loved our four night stay here. The access to pools, North Shore beaches and many excursions made this a hit for the whole family. The house had all the necessary stuff to allow us to make it home. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. If we’re ever back on Oahu we will stay again.

Spacious Turtle Bay condo

This condo has plenty of space for a family of four—the second full bathroom was a great addition to the the standard 2 bed 1 bath condo layout. Kitchen had all we needed, and the location on the north shore made all day trips conveniently close.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

Travelled with another couple celebrating our 30th anniversaries. Everything from booking the townhome to check-out was perfect. Beautiful townhome in a fantastic location. Easy to access, great parking, quiet location. Loved using the pool at the end of our busy days of exploring. If we come back to Oahu, we will definitely try to book here again!

Wonderful place to stay with a family.

Plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved the fully furnished kitchen, and all the toys. Taking the bikes out to the WWIi bunker, playing tennis with the racquets and balls and of course the beach with snorkels, boogie boards and buckets. Thanks for helping us have a fun, memorable experience at an affordable price.

Awesome stay

The property was excellent. Extremely clean, supplied, and comfortable. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. The area is perfect. We used this as our base when we explored the North Shore and we were able to utilize the Turtle Bay beaches. We also booked some activities through the resort. Highly recommend!

North Shore Hideaway

Our families gathered on Oahu for our daughters wedding. The stay in Turtle Bay both prior and post wedding allowed us to relax and enjoy North Shore. We even enjoyed the multiple trips to Honolulu on Hawaii time! Our unit was excellent and as described. Look forward to our next visit

Very happy - will come again

We really enjoyed our stay! I found the owner to be very kind and helpful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I was extremely impressed by all of the beach gear ex. Boogie boards, snorkelling gear, sand toys! Lots of beach towels! One of our favorite places we've been! I would recommend this to anyone!!!

Beautiful condo and perfect for our family!

This home is wonderful! It’s so well done with the upgrades and amenities! The extra space was perfect for our family. The location on the North Shore and within Turtle Bay property was ideal. WOW!!

This place was very clean. No issues with communication. Location was beautiful. Longer walk to beach then expected. Close restaurants were on the expensive side and not exactly kid friendly. Overall we enjoyed out stay at this condo.

This was the 2nd time staying in this unit with another couple. We have no desire to be in the city and love the north shore so appreciate the location of the condo. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, beach gear etc. Thank you Jo Ann

Simply put, “an amazing experience “

Absolutely no issues, wonderful location, the condo was just as described, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook, washer and dryer was a welcomed convenience, the bedrooms were adequate, bathrooms were stocked sufficiently, even had beach toys i.e. snorkels, boogie boards coolers etc. the swimming pool was wonderful, heated . Jo ann the owner was wonderful , never met her, but answered all my annoying e mails in a timely manner 😉 Highly recommend this condo, it’s on the Turtle Bay resort, restaurants within walking distance, Foodlands are only 5 miles away to the East or West. 10 minute walk to the beach, and beautiful sunsets!!
