Rooms very clean staff was great

The room is very spacious, clean and organized. The room may be low in price but may need more of it’s standard amenities.

There’s no door on the shower which was a huge NO for me. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful, but the room itself was the issue. It was in a very good location though.

We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Kyle, the hotel receptionist. She was not only welcoming but also very professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I were "upgraded" to the Versailles tower. It was a long walk from the Paris signin desk thru all the new casino to get to the elevator. Although the room was obviously newly done it had NO refrigerator. I called to voice my complaint and they said if WE walked all the way back to the desk with our luggage they MIGHT be able to change us back to the Bordeaux tower. Our room looked out over the shops and was NOISY all night. Although we usually like staying a Paris this was a definite disappointment.
