A Lovely Hotel With Pool & Spa
One of my favourite hotels, staff are helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and I slept well (Room 1604 last week) Nice gesture from hotel in that they left me cake for my birthday in my room , thank you. There’s a massive mall 5 mins away called Kasablanca for when you’re bored , the basement has many food dining shops. The 2 restaurants in the hotel serve high quality food at western prices. Breakfast was very good in their basement restaurant. There are taxis parked in the hotel, just ask the doorman and they will summon a cab for you. To reach central city will take about 40 minutes and will cost about 50,000 Rupiah metered (£2.50). Also install the GRAB app for taxis, it’s like Uber and you can use in Jakarta and Bali. I would visit again. My only feedback to the breakfast managers is to keep some gluten free bread - most other top hotels do , they freeze the bread and defrost and warm for the guest as needed. Other hotels bake it themselves, slice and freeze. Anyway, this is a lovely hotel

Fabulous hotel within a couple of minutes walking distance of a shopping malls with countless places to eat. Very little else in walking distance but the hotel has a bluebird taxi rank so these can be hired immediately.

The hotel is clean and in excellent condition. The property has great amenities, including a fully functioning fitness center. The staff is courteous, and safety for all is a top priority. The breakfast selection was good and very tasty.

I like the breakfast, it's delicious and varied. The swimming pool is nice. The location is close to a shopping mall and I can walk there in about 5 minutes. The staff there are very friendly.

Not so good but the price of the hotel is quite reasonable. But dont expect too much when staying at this property. The design of the hotel is abit old and ancient. Gym is kind of semi-full equipment, but the swimming pool needs to be improved as its kinda suitable for kids only not for adult.

Ask front desk to avoid the cemetery room view!
Biggest thumb down was they put me and my co worker in rooms facing the huge cemetery. I asked the staff the 2nd morning and the lady said it was just a monument, which is total BS. Correct after seeing the huge cemetery from my room, I didn’t sleep well the 2nd night, it was a long night for me.. also when I took shower, it took very long time about 10-15 min then the water still warm, until they sent technician and had it fixed. Other than that everything else was fine such as location, mall about 10 min walk and breakfast had a whole variety.

This was the best Jakarta hotel that we stayed in before leaving for the US on Thursday September 5th. We stayed on the Executive Level (13th) floor and were provided many amenities above and beyond the norm. As a Senior Vice President for my company, I travel a lot but this hotel was the best of the 3 we stayed in while in Jakarta for 2-weeks.

The room was large and very comfortable bed with no noise issues. The hotel is at a great location next to the large mall, Kota Kasablanka. The hotel restaurant, Riva, had great service. The room service and breakfasts had a lot of variety and were very tasty. The pool was beautiful.

This is from a refurbished old hotel. Room facilities are just so so, or a bit poor. Breakfast and gym are quite okay. Local area is very jam throughout the day and night but the hotel is just 5 minutes walking away from a good mall which consists many restaurants. Try to ask your room not facing cemetery.
