They have a free shuttle and it is easy to communicate with the driver through WhatsApp. Also, we arrived late (09:00PM), and the restaurant was still opened. We had some pastas which were delicious, as well as some creme brulee and fried bananas. Food was excellent, and they served wine which is always a challenge to find in Indonesia. Bedroom was fine with two twin beds and a good size bathroom. However, they only gave us one key for two guests which is always a challenge to get in and out the elevator/bedroom. Breakfast was included and had all kind of Asian dishes but also the possibility to get eggs the way you like them, and pancakes. It has an outside swimming pool we didn't have time to enjoy. Despite from being really close to the airport and highway, it's been pretty quiet

Happy that this time I was given a room that wasn't facing the highway otherwise would be bothered by the noise. One thing to improve is the cleanliness in the toilet, there were ants around the sink area. Hotel staff were nice, they provided a car to drive me to the airport when I missed the mini bus.

Excellent stay near the airport
We had an excellent stay, barely ten minutes away from Jakarta airport. Airport transfer was a bonus, the driver was very communicative and stayed in contact via WhatsApp to pick us up. Drop off was great too. Hotel staff at front desk was great, they allowed us early check in. Overall, great stay!

Fabulous new hotel.
Clean, friendly, welcoming, delicious food. No alcohol on premises (but they will assist with ordering in). Previously stayed at FM7 which was not pleasant. Hotel 101 was definitely a great alternative. I upgrade to Sky Suite which was just incredible value and highly recommended. Only criticism the gym is extremely small and basic. A bike and free weights only. Shuttle drivers were patient and accommodating when it came to delays.

Perfect for an overnight but a sketchy area to walk. The hotel free pickup shuttle is challenging to find and it’s unlikely you will find the pickup spot. The phone number given for the driver when called said the number didn’t accept calls…so we took a cab. The shuttle back to the airport was seemless and really convenient. The hotel needs to do better at explaining where customers catch the free shuttle. Rooms were really nice and the beds and pillows were great.

I called 2 days earlier to arranged airport pick up and they never show up. The only reason I picked this hotel was for free airport transfer, so it was really disappointed. I had to called for a taxi instead.

I did not like the noise of the traffic entering in my room 512. also the door to the balcony could not be closed in the right way, so a part of the noise came in by that failure.

I booked this hotel after running out of one. I was quickly greeted and felt welcomed. This is a beautiful hotel - i was pleased with the room. I also loved the hassle free airport shuttle service they provide. If they continue to water this property, they will keep surprising each visitor.

The general environment ok, staffs are friendly and welcoming. But doesn’t worth that price, I booked non smoking room but I can smell the smoke , the shower gel & shampoo empty , nobody refilled. There is no Muslim shower head in the toilet… but I like their transfer service, punctual

Fair airport hotel
It is a brand new hotel and the rooms, if you don't look into the details, are really nice and clean. The whole team is just starting so some little issues I had during my stay. 1) the pool wasn't really clean and I didn't want to swim there 2) If you want to go to the gym, you need to ask the reception to let you into the second floor. 3) Rooftopbar was still closed 4) There is a spa but the massage is in your room and I didnt feel that the masseuse is really experienced - I would prefer to get a massage on a massage bed. Not sure why there is a Spa then. 5) the pickup from airport was forgotten but they came quickly after calling them. 6) the roomservice menu is made for locals without any images or description. so you need to google the dishes first and it is quite pricy.
