The booking price includes two side-by-side townhomes. Less than 100 yards walk to the beach, your group will never forget the memories you build while staying in our townhomes. They are two completely separate townhomes, but you can book them both through this listing.

We love pets! $30/pet/night for the stay!

This listing is to reserve 2 separate townhomes that are side-by-side so everyone can stay close together! The layouts of the townhomes are mirror images of one another. The pictures show 2 living rms, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms

Parking for 8 vehicles (4 vehicles per townhome on the driveway. Garage door has been disabled).

Sleeps 14.

There are 6 total bedrooms, each with their own private, full bathroom!
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor - each bedroom has 1 twin bed
4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor - 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas are on the 2nd floor.

There is a backyard for your furry friend.

The entire house is yours, except the garages on each side

We live down the street so are available if needed! Otherwise, we will only send messages through the Airbnb app.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Personal car, bike, walk. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.

This is a 3-story building. There are 2 flights of stairs.
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor; the other 4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
If the propane is empty, you need to go to the gas station down the street and pay for a refill.

This weekend was our annual guys’ trip to attend the FL/GA football game. The condos were well located in close proximity to the beach and bars/restaurants. The units were clean and well stocked with coffee, towels and other necessities that we didn’t need to bring with us. Our hosts stayed in contact with us throughout the weekend to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We appreciated the southern warmth and hospitality! Just what this group needed! The kitchens and bathrooms were stocked very well. The townhouses are in an excellent location that was extremely convenient to the beach and restaurants. There were plenty of beach toys and gear to make our beach day perfect. Neighbors were super friendly. This is definitely a location we will return to when in need of a stress free weekend.

The location is great, just a block from the boardwalk (with no stairs). The house was very clean and had the essentials (shampoo, soap, towels) plus extras (cleaning items, extra beach towels, wagon, beach toys and chairs, grill, extra paper products, packnplay, etc.) which is uncommon in our vrbo/rental experience. Communication with the owner over a couple of minor details was quick and easy. We hope this property is available next time we are in Jax!

The property was great - in wonderful shape, spacious, and in great proximity to the beach and to places to eat and stores. The area is wonderful to just be at, but it is also in a great place to visit Amelia Island and St. Augustine. The duplex was perfect for our large crew. Everyone had a bed and everyone was comfortable. The amenities in the house were perfect too. If I had any questions, the owners were easily accessible and responded to messages quickly. Great place to stay!

My family and I wanted a home large enough to hold all of us coming to town for a wedding. This property was perfect from the amount of space, cleanliness and all of the extra amenities provided for our stay. We loved how close we were to the beach, and local restaurants. All weekend my family constantly spoke about how much they enjoyed this home.

Jered was very prompt in answering all emails during our stay and got everything handled in a quick manner. I loved the location and how close we were to the ocean! It was very clean and we all appreciated how everything was available to us (k-cups, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, etc)

Jered & Carly were wonderful to work with. The house was pristine & the location was even better! I would definitely stay there again. I don't have one negative thing to say about my time at this property. From the cleanliness, to the amount of bathrooms, to the proximity of the beach, this place is a home run!
