Very beautiful property and surrounding area as well was very beautiful. We really enjoyed the stay and all the staff were so nice and friendly. Getting around the island was very easy and the taxi drivers were very helpful and kind. Exploring the surroundings were amazing everything was very authentic which we loved.

Horrible experience at this place the food is so limited if you’re staying there for a week there’s not much to choose from so it’s pointless for this place to be all inclusive. 1 restaurant with the same menu everyday. 1 snack bar with burgers and pizza etc. The food was not good only the breakfast was decent. No decaf coffee… how can you be a resort with no decaf coffee. Now the beach … there is no beach. They have beach chairs that don’t recline down they are in a fixed position which is very uncomfortable. The beach area is a waste and very disappointing. The staff was good. But it’s a waste of time money going to this resort. You will be bored out your mind. No entertainment. Nothing. You’re better off staying at the north end of the island. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights … I had enough after 2 nights and checked out and had to pay for another hotel for the rest of my stay.

This property was quiet. This property was relaxing. The hotel Belo does however need to update the exterior pictures of the pool area. All other pictures are of the resort are accurate. The all-inclusive is good for the price we paid. The all-inclusive options have set hours. Pool bar/snack 12-8 GREAT Skybar hours unknown and was very quiet are whole stay Breakfast- 7-11 GOOD Lunch- only used the pool/snack bar . Dinner- 4-11 GOOD Options for the children were limited. Skip the beef, pastry, and table bread options. The Mexican options are the best choice. Rooms good- you will need to get creative with the open bathroom concept. The best- view from infinity pool The worst- no railings anywhere The staff was great and attentive.

Our experience was great! It has the potential to be a great vacation destination. Please change shower heads, make sure that there is hot water with enough pressure. Do not keep guests waiting at check out while you are checking the rooms. 5 stars hotel would never do such thing. Have two alternative menus. Make sure pool area is being cleaned at least every hour. I saw used plates and cups around for hours! Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The hotel is very nice.

I was disappointed with the beach. The views are great but no one goes in the ocean. There are two huge rocks right by the sand and water isn’t clear. I did the all inclusive but I don’t think it is worth, food choices are limited but the breakfast was the worst. We all ate samething every day, my choices were scrambles eggs or omelette. If you have a pick eater kid, life gets complicated. Some reviews praised the quality of the food but it wasn’t that great. Deserts are limited too. Overall I don’t think all-inclusive is worth. The hotel is far from downtown. Downtown is near North Beach, where the business are and the ferry. You will need cash since nothing booked at the hotel and most cabs do not accept credit card. The hotel does not have an ATM and there isn’t any nearby, you got go downtown, a hassle. Anything you need you got go downtown, nothing available nearby. I was with my two teenagers boys. We shared a double bed room. Huge problem, the bathroom design didn’t consider people might want privacy. The shower is all see thru glass that is open to the bedroom. Water from the shower spill out to the bathroom area, soaking everything. I complained as soon as I arrived about the shower privacy issue, they said they had a room but would not transfer us because was a higher price. They end up wrapping it with black trash bags. The hot tubs by beach jets don’t work and the infinity pool glass railing was very dirty. I don’t plan to get back but staff was nice.

The only complaint is that breakfast no matter if there are 10 tables or m 2 the kitchen gets your food cooked quickly and the wait staff lets it sit until it is totally cold. Nothing worse than cold eggs. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay and enjoy. The wait staff needs to be more attentive and serve hot food.

We had a wonderful time and this resort was clean and very nice. The food is so so but we just went and ate at other places around the island which was super fun! The staff was amazing and we loved Mateo who always made sure we were taken care of at any moment. Alfurnicio (so) was a great waiter and he took good care of us.

We had a wonderful vacation. Hotel Belo staff were friendly and accommodating. Cons: - The shower flooded every time we used it - Door to adjoining room did not shut completely and we could hear everything our neighbors did - Limited dining options - wish we had selected breakfast only instead of all-inclusive because we tired of the food quickly - WiFi in the room was terrible - not even the TV would connect - My daughter’s blanket blew off the balcony and landed on the roof in front of another room. We asked multiple time for help retrieving it and the staff did not assist for several days despite saying they would get it. We finally waved down the other guests staying in the room and they retuned it to us within minutes. - They seemed to run out of pool towels frequently, but we had to use extra towels to mop up the bathroom floor after using the shower Pros: - beautiful location in a quieter part of the island - chill, low-key vibe without over-the-top entertainment - friendly staff - clean and tidy - roof top pool was spectacular - affordable and nice - pool and beach area were clean and well maintained - rooms were simple and comfortable - we loved the extra large king bed! Overall we had a great time. We felt free to explore the island and enjoy restaurants and entertainment off the resort because Hotel Belo was affordable and comfortable and offered a more simple all-inclusive experience.

Absolutely loved the staff and majority of the accommodations. Hot water in the shower was tricky - it was either burning hot or cold. Though the beachfront was amazing, would not recommend spending the money on all-inclusive… the food was terrible and far from authentic.

Very beautiful! I liked that they didn't have a buffet but you ordered fresh food. There is always a restaurant available. Awesome pool. The ocean was tough to swim in. I wish there were more dessert options. Also the limited dinner menu can get old after several days.

Overall, the resort is very nice. The beach is small and pretty much useless with the erosion bags in the way. Food as others have said is mediocre at best. As with most all-inclusive resorts, the unlimited drinks are limited to one bartender for "throttle control"

Hotel was beautiful very small and quaint with not a lot going on both bars close around 7pm even the rooftop pool bar no activities or entertainment. 1 restaurant and a snack bar with very limited menus to have a drink in room you have to order thru room service which stops at 11. If you’re wanting to relax it’s great, however if you are wanting to enjoy the island it’s difficult to do from hotel as it is far from everything so rent a golf cart before arriving at hotel. Mateo the bellhop is absolutely fantastic great conversation with fun facts about Mexico daily with great recommendations on where to go. We had the in love suite however the hot tub was broken and not offered anything to compensate almost daily there were maintenance issues with all of the other hot tubs and both pools on the property. A few staff members are friendly and give good service others not so much. Juan Carlos, Alberto, Gabriel were great, We did have bartender which I did not get her name at the rooftop who was fantastic. Not everything is included in all inclusive can purchase other alcohol for a cost beach bar is additional. Overall we enjoyed our stay on the island

This property was beautiful. Mateo was fantastic. I would give him 5 stars. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a fun fact about Mexico every morning. He was my favorite part of the Belo. As I said before the property was beautiful, but didnt have a lot to offer. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite but the Jacuzzi only had 1 jet working, they sent maintenance but were unable to fix. The rooftop pool bar was really neat, except the 1st night it was closed and the 2nd night it closed early. This would be a nice hotel if you just want to relax and read.But if you want any kind of nightlife this is not the place. This all iclusive offers 1 restaurants and a snack bar.So I hope you like the menu because thats it for your entire stay. Also Alberto is probably the best waiter there and Gabriel the Club representative was super friendly and helpful.

With only 60 or so rooms, small and quiet. Rooftop eternity pool with several hottubs and amazing view. Access to a bar and they will bring snacks. swimup bar on the ground pool, easy access to the beach and lounging. Daily cleanup of the room. Recommend going to town for some extra nespresso pods. The extra large king is the biggest bed ever. Balcony to sit and relax waking up or winding down with a terrific view. Staff is super friendly.

If you are looking for an All Inclusive that is relaxing and friendly this might be your place. Unlike other All Inclusive hotels there is no entertainment and the menu is limited to the restaurant and a snack bar. But the price of Hotel Belo also let us venter the island and eat at local restaurants. I loved the staff at Hotel Belo. And the Island was a great vacation.
