I honestly disliked, that the property was not disabled friendly, yet a sign next to reception which I pointed out to the front staff. No safe to put your money or passports away. No coffee maker, No Refrigerator, No bottled water. wow really all these things all the other hotels provide. Everything I mentioned above is what makes us travelers' life easy. Having none of these amenities really makes us not want to come back. Honestly, I will never stay there again. And you staff, every time I had questions, they never knew the answers and inform me they would get back to me with the information i needed. And your continental breakfast is so limited. I travel a lot and never never in all my years traveling have I seen such a limited menu, items for breakfast, and amenities that hotels should have for their guests. I will never refer this hotel. And if they as me, I will definitely inform them of what you guys don't provide. Your hotel is falling behind and need to provide better services.

El personal amable, lugar limpio, buenas instalaciones, buen estacionamiento, seguro, lugar bien ubicado, desayuno aceptable. Solo que en promedio con los hoteles de este tipo, se ahorran el detalle, es decir, no te ponen en la habitación, agua, café, jabón, shampoo, toallas para la cara, etc y ni en el lobby café continuo.

Habitación sin aire acondicionado, no estaba lista la habitación que reserve, me querían hacer reembolso a las 2 am para buscar hotel a esa hora, baño sin jabón, regadera con sarro, almohadas horribles, perchero de la toalla suelto. El personal nos engañó al otorgarnos la habitación con aire acondicionado y no fue verdad. Pésima atención.

Esta muy bien la habitación para el precio aunque es más pequeña de lo que se ve en fotos, el comedor también es algo pequeño no había suficientes mesas para el desayuno pero pudo ser la temporada de la feria

Tardaron 40 minutos en darnos la habitación y solo nos la entregaron porque me acerque a mostrador. Otras chicas fueron las que me recomendaron acercarme porque igual las hicieron esperar y nunca las llamaros, fue hasta que ellas fueron a preguntar. La habitación estaba sucia(con latas de cerveza ) No había toallas, igual tuvimos que ir a recepción por ellas. No funcionaba la secadora del baño. Eso sí, el señor del desayuno buffet fue extremadamente amable, el merece un 10/10
