Rooms were good; restaurant not so good.
Saturday at 9AM they had one cook and one waiter working at the hotel restaurant. They should have said service would be slow before we sat down. Restaurant service was substandard. Everything else was great.

Sin calidad y no vale la.pena
Fue una experiencia terrible. Desde la llegada la reservacion estaba incompleta ya que reservé dos habitaciones y solo tenian lista una. El personal de recepción muy lento para hacer el check inn. Me dan una llave de una habitación que cuando subí no abrió y tuve que guardar las maletas en otra habitación; cuando voy a recepción me corrigen la llave y resulta que la llave que me dieron no era mi habitación e incluso ya estaba asignada a otra persona. Cabe señalar que entre a la habitación de otra persona y me salí al ver que habia maletas. En la descripción de la habitación menciona que tiene cafetera y caja de seguridad y secadora de pelo, pues NO. La gente de recepcion dijo que si queria un cafe bajara al recepción por uno, que ninguna caja del hotel servia porque no habia ido el personal indicado y la secadora de pelo me la llevaron. Hay un escritorio, pero ninguna silla. Las almohadas super incomodas. No habia letrero de NO molestar en las puertas. Reporté todo esto en su momento y el unico soporte que recibí de hotels.com fue que me devolvian mi dinero pero me retiraba a lo cual no acepté ya que era 24 de Diciembre por la tarde. Se nota que el personal y las instalaciones adelantaron una apertura para lo cual les falta mucho.

The hotel is pretty new, I did my reservations for 4 people but once I did my check in they charge per extra people in the room because the price supposed to be just for one person, if I booked double bed how this happened.. by the way, in the web page needs to be more clear about the booking. And the service was not good at all.

Es buena en promedio pero hay detalles que hacen mucha diferencia como por ejemplo no tienen una cafetera en la habitación, no hay suficientes botes de basura, no hay kleenex en baño y otra pequeñas cosa que al juntarse hacen deficiente la estancia
