It could be so much better
This is a good place and an amazing location: very close to the train, mountains, entertainment, fresh farm goods, and excellent restaurants. The problem with the Check-In was that we were told to arrive at a specific time thinking that the host should let us in. In fact, we were calling the host and were told over the phone directions on where to find the key. I believe that it would be so much easier to have that in writing on the day of our arrival. It would be great to have written instructions on how to use blinds and the oven too. The host told us that there was a room where we could dry our wet clothes, but we were never told where exactly that place was, which was quite inconvenient considering the winter and winter activities we did. Also, there were questionable smells, similar to homemade cheese, in the living room even though we kept the house exceptionally clean. Other than that, the host was very nice and helpful, she did not bother us too much.
