Hi anonymous Alice Firstly if you are to put fraudulent cards forward this is illegal Secondly if you wish to be pretentious and high and mighty yes we will advise of your illegal activity. If you wish to carry on like a idiot when checking in be thankful we allowed you to stay If you refused to respond to earlier emails again this is your issue As per your legal contract you have 8hrs to remove this review or accept the contractual agreement obligations. If you wish to discuss please call us and remember it was you at fault and need to learn a few manners STOP being a keyboard warrior and own up to your comments, instead of hiding behind the keyboard We await your retraction or contractual agreement will be enforced against you. Dear Anonymous, thank you for your feed back. Where have all the manners gone? A respectful conversation at anytime throughout your stay is always heard and listened to. When it comes to online reviews there is always the question -why did this guest not raise the issue? Once again we all understand bed comfort and preference is very personal. Would it be unkind to say that we were disappointed in your particular behavior and your preference to be a hidden key board warrior and lack the respect or honor to own up to your thoughts and unrealistic views. Rest assured we look for quality in everything we do for our business. Fortunately for our regular clientele they are happy to give honest feedback face to face and not hide behind a keyboard, and if there are issues we will address them. Unfortunately Wotif put these reviews live before we actually can respond as operator's then we have to wait 24hours before they decide it will go public. We do appreciate that you did like the cleanliness, staff and service - but as operators we don't see that on our back system - only on the live site. Thank you ANONYMOUS for your review. We do not understand why people remain anonymous behind a key board and do not raise this issue respectfully on check out. We appreciate your feedback with all points.. Regarding the FREE wifi we aim to keep it fair across the whole motel for everyone, and we allow 500 meg per voucher which is the average usage for a family for between 1 week or 1 mth. We find streaming chews up the allowance quickly and is inconsiderate to all other guests by hogging the band width. We find 99.9% of our guests find it over generous and do not reach the maximum, on the occasion when they have overseas teleconferences etc they may come close. We are sorry if this is the only issue that prevents you from re-booking.
